Overall, the whole process was quick and easy. From application to closing, it took a lot less time than we expected. Matt was accessible by either phone call, text, or email all throughout the process no matter what time of day or night. Whenever we had a question he would respond in minutes. He also made sure we were informed of what was going on in each stage of the process. I shopped around for rates from credit unions but none of them could beat what ALCOVA offered us. But what really made our decision to go with ALCOVA is the personal customer service that Matt gave us. Matt made us feel like real people instead of a mortgage application number.
