My wife and I were so lucky to meet Melissa. We originally sought a loan from a large national bank, which was not sensitive to the pressures of the local housing market and required 45 days to close. After we missed out on a house because our lender was unable to get an appraisal done in the sellers’ desired time frame, our realtor recommended us to Melissa. She was extremely personable, knowledgeable, and always available to answer all of our questions as first-time homebuyers. She constantly advocated for us, assuring sellers that we were financially stable and locking us in to a lower rate despite a rise in interest rates earlier that week. We were able to close in 21 days, which was even earlier than promised in order to allow us to move in before a holiday weekend.
