I have used Melissa Bell multiple times over the past couple of years. The transactions she was involved in have gone considerably smoother than the others. I’m addition, they seem to have lower rates and fees. She is up to date on technology, very knowledgeable, has a great process and communicates timely. I have had some frustrating experiences with loan officers and companies, however this is definitely not one of those! She helped make the sale stress free and does not rely on the buyer/seller to do all of the legwork. I can’t recommend Melissa enough, as I have referred her to others and I will only use her going forward. Only regret is that I did not meet/use her sooner!
