If i could put 0 stars i would. I specifically asked for xbox headset. They said right here are my Xbox headsets. I bought it and walked out. And it's for a Playstation! Hack jobs is what they are. Not only that but I figure out it requires a USB with the item and they didn't tell me that either. So I have a wrong console headset and also no USB so it won't work anyway.
Hi Raid, you came into our store this morning searching for a headset. The gentleman behind the counter showed you where our headsets for newer systems were. You then looked at the options we had and chose a set of Turtle Beach's. You looked them up online and examined them before deciding to purchase. You offered us $80 for them and we accepted. When we told you the price after tax you seemed unhappy. The gentleman behind the counter paid the difference in tax from what you gave us. You then come back in shortly after leaving complaining that something was missing(that they need a dongle). Had we known that the headset needed that part we would've informed you on it. Everything that we looked up online suggested to us that they are wireless. We do not manufacture the item so we have a limited knowledge of what certain items can do. You then went home after returning to get the headset for us. When you arrived back the gentleman behind the counter looked up the price of the dongle that you said it needed to function fully. After he finished looking up the price for the dongle, our store manager offered you either a $35 refund so that you can purchase the dongle or an in store credit for the amount you paid. You argued with her back and forth for several minutes. As posted on our front counter and on our receipts NO REFUNDS - NO EXCHANGES - ALL SALES FINAL. She kindly offered those 2 options to you, when we did not have to. You then decided to go with the $35 refund for the price of the dongle. You signed the paper stating that you were happy with the $35 refund on the item. Then upon leaving you continued to run your mouth about the situation. We have done all we can do to try and satisfy you.

Been looking all over town for a playstation that is reasonably priced, which is extremely hard to find nowadays. But I was happy to find the product I wanted, plus a 2TB external hard drive, for a better deal I would get anywhere else. Super supportive staff and very welcoming environment. I'll be sure to be back regularly for my gaming needs.

Terrible prices. They have like SUPER high prices on everything. Expect to be ripped off. Also they sell things that aren't complete.
Hi there Hulk, when you walk into the store we tell everyone not to pay attention to the sticker prices as we can do much better than what’s labeled on the items and to ask for a price. Unfortunately if you choose to ignore our two employees who ask you multiple times if you need a price on an item we cannot assist you. If you’re was something you saw that you liked all you had to do was ask for a price and we could’ve helped you. We don’t try to rip anyone off!when they come into our store. As far as the “also they sell things that aren’t complete” goes. When people bring items in we look the items up to see if anything is missing or broken on them. If there is an issue, part missing, or part broken to an item we do have, we let the customer know before purchasing them. As stated previously though, if you choose to ignore our employees and not as for help then we cannot help you at all. If you’d like to return and ask for help on any of the items you looked as kindly ask one of them for help and they will be more than happy to assist you!

If I was able to put a negative review I would this place lied to me and my husband about a watch. They gatunteed us the watch was authentic and it was the only reason why we purchased the watch. We later find out it was not real and they will not return our money. Because of the lies they told I believe we should have been able to receive our money back. I would never recommend this place to anyone. They got us on 800 dollars and their word is untrusting. Do not waste your time with this place.
Hi Veronica, when y’all originally came in and put the watch on layaway you and your husband asked if the watch was real. The owner of the store then explained that the checks we did SUGGESTED that it was. He also explained that we do not manufacture the watch and that we cannot make you any guarantees on it being real. Y’all then proceeded to still put the watch on layaway after he explained that to you! Nobody in our store lied to either you or your husband about anything, we were quite truthful when it came down to it. You also knowingly purchased this after we explained we are not able to authenticate the item!

Walls were caving in, swear I saw a human size rat in shoe area by the front door everything is over priced and place needs to be shut down it’s the equivalent of the hill billy pawn store the fat man wanted 100 for my 1000 shot gun and then he tried offering me weed
Hi there SS_Pieman. We’re going to put this out there first, there’s no rats in our building at all. Secondly, if you were to listen to our employees as you walk through the doors you’d hear them explain to you that everything is negotiable and just ask for a price. We also ask multiple times throughout the time you’re there if you need a price on anything. We’re sorry you didn’t see anything but just ask for a price next time you see something. Cool that you’ve added to your bogus review. Our store is most definitely drug free as our two employees are drug tested. We also are only able to do so much on used items due to an ever changing market. If you took a look in our gun area you’d see we have an ample amount of new shotguns currently in stock for much less than what you more than likely wanted for yours. Good luck leaving fake reviews on peoples businesses though!

Very, VERY lousy establishment indeed!!! They are for lack of a better word "RIP OFFS"... Very shady and disreputable how they do business, bits even talk about they're OUTRAGEOUS prices on items they're not even sure work but will tell you they do, then when you get it home and realize it actually does not work they don't give you the cash refund which you JUST PAID like 10 mins ago and barely even want to give you a lousy store credit on their overpriced non-working merchandise... --WARNING DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!--
Hi John, we're sorry to see you say this. Unfortunately however failure to pay back a loan means your items are forfeited and then put out for sale. You came and got a loan from us on 2/12/2021. You had up until 3/14/2021 before our 5 day grace period started. With the 5 day grace period that gave you up until 3/19/2021 to come in and pay the interest to extend your loan or pick it up. Unfortunately we never heard from you within the time frame of 2/12-3/19/2021. We are setup on a pawn program which automatically pulls customers items when the 5 day grace period is up. Our Store also has it posted ever where that there are no refunds or exchanges on items. We try to help out our customers the best that we can through this via an exchange for an item or an in store credit even though we do not have to. We know if our items work as well. If an item has an issue we do make it known to the customer at the time of purchase and explaining it is an as-is item.

Every time I stop in Ms. Layla and the guys are always so helpful and kind. Almost like dropping by to see family. Always fair and happy to see us.. as always I visited today 4/2/21 and was not let down. These ppl are always so nice, helpful and all around wonderful ❤. This place is great! The selection of items is unlike any other Pawn Shop I've ever been to. Sort of gave me a "Pawn Shop/Thrift Store/Garage Sale hybrid" kinda vibe. They have everything from retro video game gear, to home audio equipment, to various cameras and lenses, AND everything else you'd expect to find in a typical Pawn Shop. Their inventory is so large it'll make your head spin, but luckily the professional, welcoming, and friendly staff is there to help you navigate through it all. Will definitely be back soon!

Store has a GREAT selection of items and ALOT to choose from if you’re interested in buying. & Will help out if you need to pawn something and you’ve lost your I.D. However, if you want to pawn or sell an item check elsewhere first if you are desperate and really need to pay a bill.

Mega Pawn has always treated me well, I've never had a bad experience with them. I've been doing business with them for around 2 years now. They give me a fair amount of $$$, whether I sell or pawn something, they don't try and lowball me. Also they have a 9 month layaway option that only requires 10% down, I've been able to purchase a few guns this way. The best thing is that they have a very large inventory compared to the other pawn shops in the area. Every time I go there, there's something new I want to look at.

They were very user friendly owners. Most of all the owner did not try to push any sales on me and his prices were 100% reasonable. I like the fact he made sure I was comfortable with what a I was purchasing and also ensure it worked properly. I will definitely be visiting again.

Bought earpiece for iPhone when buying them they guaranteed them to work so I took them at their word. GUESS WHAT they come on but the quality of sound is 2 out of 5 and the battery life is almost 0. Last maybe 30 minutes. Paid $25. So for $25 they choose not to honor their word. And everyone I talk to I will have a negative review about them.
Hi Do K, we showed you that the headphones worked before you bought and left the store. Then you come in over a week later complaining that they do not work. Had you came in the next day we could've attempted to help you out on an exchange or something of that sorts. Besides this, we did offer you a set of genuine Apple AirPods for headphones. We're sorry you feel like this but we cannot do anything after a week not knowing what could've happened to the item.

I was looking all over for an impact hammer and found one here. It was brand new and Rick… I think that was his name (sorry if that’s wrong) greeted me and helped me find it. He plugged it in to make sure it worked before I left. I got a great price and found a Dewalt tool kit at an awesome price as well. I left there prepared to renovate. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and they had so many good finds. I’ll definitely be back.

This store itself has potential, but the little short lady with short brown hair leaves a bit to be desired. If you like feeling that your cornered or pushed into making a purchase this is the place to go. I asked the price on a few items she took them out my hand and told me the price, advising her I was unsure she continued to pester me about layaway. One item I purchased had a stain on it and before I made my payment I pointed out the stain, her response was oh it probably just fell on the floor people drop stuff all the time it'll come out. I immediately went home washed the shirt and sure enough it did not come out, just as I thought. I could have saved that $5 but considering lady behind the counter was is in the middle of processing my payment as the pushy sales lady instructed, I found myself a little obligated to just eat the $5. I would expect this kind of sales tactic from a used car dealership that sells lemons not from a pawn shop who sells used clothes and use items at brand new prices. I also bought 2 other items, costing more than $5. But just the rude and tackiness, not to mention unprofessional replies people get on their reviews should speak for itself. I feel the person whom writes these replies has nothing better to do with their time than insult and belittle the consumers rather than focus on maybe their own sales tactics and business procedures. There are many businesses out there who would be grateful that someone made a $5 purchase or even a dollar purchase for that matter. So yes a "WHOLE" $5 purchase does get you a one star only because I didn't have the option to not give any. Since my visit I found several other businesses much more rewarding and pleasant to shop at. Thank you so very much for your reply ☺️

You could've easily said "No, I think I'm going to hold off and not get it" or anything along those lines and put it back. But yeah a whole $5 makes a store deserve a 1 star review 😊😊. Just bought a keyboard from them for a pretty good price. They were willing to negotiate prices with me. The woman working there was very helpful and friendly. They have plenty of stuff to look through. It’s a bit cluttered but they all sorts of stuff from shoes to musical instruments to household items.

Mega pawn has great customer service. They really made me feel a part of the family. The prices are super reasonable. I’ve recently purchased a hover board for what I consider a steal. Also made a few previous purchases. Every time, the experience was satisfying, and I received the items in great quality. So if your looking for quality items at super reasonable prices. I went in for an item and told them I came to compare prices and they offered me a price lower than the other competitor. They was friendly and very helpful! I recommend this pawn shop. I didn’t get to look around because I was on a time schedule (which they also took care of me right away) but when I have time I will definitely be going back to look around.

Super big and eclectic selection. Something for everybody. Super nice and super friendly. However, I understand it's a pawn shop and I'll prices negotiable but, all of the prices were set to retail price or higher as if the products were brand new. I'm not saying you can't get a good deal but, quite a bit of sticker shock for the tools and electronics.
