When it was staffed by people I never had better, more friendly service. Now the staff has been replaced by a bank of robots with one real person in the lobby. You can talk to a real person through one of the robotsbut that just isn't customer service of the previous level. Not going to

I have been a member since 1998, but the service as of late is horrible. I have called numerous time trying to apply for a business CC. You need a verification code in order to do so and no one knows how to send it to me. Horrible

Saturday at 11:30...Closed...now at an alternative location. Long drive thru line, as usual. This bank is nothing but an inconvenience.

Absolutely worst bank I’ve dealt with for a loan. They send bills out late and don’t have online or phone services available to pay them until past due.

ATM is always broken; can not go to this location and count on completing a deposit. Machine will more than likely be broken! Security is very helpful and welcoming, he gets the two stars!

Don't waste ur time going to this branch. The lobby is closed due to to rennovations. The new 'Talk to a Teller' system is a waste of gas and time. I sat in line over 15 minutes still no response. Go to Lochraven location early!

There atms are trash. Never works . It be a waste of time and gas driving to all the branches , one day they work next day they don’t. Such a inconvenience if you need to deposit money to pay a bill.

I thought MECU treated their loyal customers better. Sad I had to find out after years of being with them. Money hungry.

One star lost because you open at noon and there’s always a long line to get in. The security/concierge guy is WONDERFUL though and does a fantastic job. That man truly hustles and definitely does way more than whatever he’s paid to do.
