Since this branch has eliminated its Saturday business hours, its completely useless to me despite being walking distance from home. If I have to drive across town or to a different city to reach a branch to simply cash my paycheck now, there’s no point in maintaining my account. It looks like I’ll be looking for a new bank that has customer-friendly hours of operation.

The (not so) Little Bank the Could Finally fed up in 2014 with the big banks I'd always used in LA I searched for a highly rated bank in CA and found Rabobank. First I laughed at the name, then did more research and finally decided to give them a try. They're shockingly friendly and helpful at this branch and all the others I've used. You can get to know people - including the branch manager - by first name. The facility needs a face lift, but Ozzie and crew here rock!

Excellent customer service! Everyone here is very nice and helpful. They always go the extra mile to resolve any issues. There is also a drive up teller window, which is awesome. Thank you, Rabobank! :)

Closed my account suddenly with no warning or explanation. My card just stopped working and when I called they said they couldn't tell me why and that I'd have to go to their branch and get a cashier's check for the remaining balance. I've never overdrawn and there has always been money in my account. I truly hate your guts, Mechanics Bank.

Horrible customer service. Treated my employee like garbage. Come the new year we will be exploring a new bank to support our business needs. This is unacceptable behavior.

Amazing personal service, they are so helpful and nice, and do remember you, even details you may have talked about another time. Nice it’s been mostly the same employees for many years.The last of small town living around here, feels like the old days....
