This people at United helped us out immensely. They understood what we needed and clearly explained the process and how the loan works. Very professional and was not one of those back room, seedy office. It's a nice, open place. They reviewed our SUV and gave us a very fair value. Definitely, if you find yourself that needs a fast loan, it's worth a stop.

I recently was in a bind and needed some cash fast. After searching around, I found the people at United Car Title Loans to be the most professional and friendly. It was all so simple and fast, and they were able to give me the money in no time.

My housekeeper needed a short term car title loan and asked me to help her find a good place. United was recommended by a very good friend of mine. They are also in the vacuum and sewing repair store that I have had really good experiences with in the past. They seem very honest. They helped her out and she is very happy with the service she received. I will continue to refer people to them.

This is my second loan with a different company. If I could give this a 0 star rating, I would. Mark, is rude and condescending. There was a lady named Victoria, whom they should have kept running their business. During the initial few months of having had my loan, the service was outstanding. However, when she was let go, the company it seems to have went down with her. They do NOT return calls. They do NOT have answers when a person is asking a question. They're customer service is horrendous. I paid off my loan within approximately 9 months of having it, to this very day, I'M STILL FOR MY DMV INFO. They will not return your original paperwork. They do NOT report this to the ANY of the credit agencies, however they DO have the capability of doing so, they just refuse to do it for some odd reason. Also, they put a GPS tracking device on your car. When mine was installed, the installer didn't do it right, triggering a sensor in my car and I had to PAY $160 just for the part with no help from them when I reported it. Their installers change monthly and again, to this very day, I STILL HAVE THE TRACKING DEVICR ON MY CAR after having paid this loan off over a month ago. They make YOU do their work. I will be contacting the BBB in the morning to file a formal complaint. In closing, if you have the opportunity to go elsewhere for a loan, do it. This place isn't worth it.

After getting turned down by a couple of banks, I was kind of embarrassed to have to try for another loan. The guys at United not only got me a car title loan within a day, but they didn’t made me feel like a criminal because of my credit history.
