Shelby at MCT was so great to work with! She helped me open a new card and transfer balances over so I have everything in one place to make my life easier. The whole process was very easy and she made it a great experience. I’ve happily worked with MCT for everything for at least 15 years and they will always have my business in the future.

We have used MCT Credit Union as our bank for many years. We are very pleased with the service. We have purchased our house and a number of vehicles through them, as well as securing some personal loans over the years. They are always very friendly and accommodating when we contact them. My most recent connection with MCT was with Shelby. She worked with me to purchase my new car. I had to wait a few days to get the money from insurance, but she went ahead and prepared the paperwork and documents for me to sign while we waited. I didn’t have to wait at all in order to process the loan for my car. All in all, we are very pleased with MCT credit union and plan to maintain a long-term relationship with them.

Shelby was so professional and easy to work with. She worked with us on our loan to purchase a new vehicle. Everything went smoothly and quickly. MCTCU should be proud of having Shelby Sweeney as an employee.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Todd Stansbury . He was very patient, very helpful, very professional. He answered all of my questions, he made sure that I had everything that I needed in order to do what I was trying to do. And then after being so very helpful, he made two follow-up phone calls to make sure that I was taken care of. I think Todd went above and beyond general customer service.

Late morning, I received a phone call from Shelby just asking if there was anything she could do for me. We discussed my new car that was financed through the manufacturer. She was able to match the interest rate and by the close of business, we had docu-signed all the paperwork and the loan was complete. Amazing customer service and such a wonderful, energetic personality! Thank you Shelby!!!

I trust MCT with all my financial needs. But more than that, I feel like I’m treated like family when I’m there. I mostly use the Port Neches location and I know I’ll get the best service experience when I walk through the door. I’d also like to single out Malaina as a great customer service provider. If we had known how easy it would be to transfer our mortgage from our previous holder, we would have done it a long time ago. From the first meeting, Stephanie made everything so easy. She gave us a list of our options and helped us decide the one that was right for us. Then she gave us a list of the documents she would need, most of which we could access right there and email to her. The docusign process was unbelievably convenient. No trips back and forth. We had our our appraisal completed, a copy was emailed to us, and we closed within approx 30 days. Stephanie, Jackie and Alex were were so friendly and professional and they did things right the first time. We would highly recommend them and MCT for all your mortgage and lending needs. We are so grateful to have all of our business at MCT instead of a faceless institution where we were just a number. ☺️

Kennedy worked wonders helping me to set up a fiduciary account which was new to both of us! We did as much as possible over the phone due to the Quarantine and sometimes i felt i had my own personal assistant there with all the phone calls she fielded back & forth! My husband and I wanted a home equity loan. We had lots of questions and needed time to think and figure out what exactly we wanted to do. The folks at MCT were both knowledgeable and patient. They were not pushy and gave us all the room we needed to figure out our game plan. Once we did, they were able to get what we needed quickly and walk us through the process. It took a lot of the stress out of the whole thing.

I've been with MCT for about 14 years now and they have always come through for me, especially recently. They helped me with my auto loan and Alex Davis worked very hard to put everything together. I love this bank!!!! They have been awesome and so kind since the day I left my old bank, Prosperity, in anger and came to them for help. At some banks the workers are snobby, and they make rude remarks. The MCT workers are so kind and are always there to help. Recently, I called them bc I forgot my PIN number, and I spoke with the sweetest woman named Kennedy. She fixed my problem very quickly. She made it seem so simple, and she was so respectful, kind, and bubbly! She was exactly the kind of person that we all want to be on the other end of the phone when we call customer service!! Once again MCT has went above and beyond to make me feel like I’m not just a walking dollar sign. If you want a bank that makes everything easy, has awesome rewards, and continuous Outstanding customer service that makes you feel like you are actually being taken care of, then MCT is the bank for you!!
