Not a good experience at all. Upon receiving documents related to estimated closing costs adding up to $4,200 on a $50,000 loan I asked why they were so high. Miranda told me that Gil would explain that to me. He informed me that the $4,200 was how much it cost to get the loan. I told him it was too much and I would look elsewhere or find other means. He proceeded to tell me, “your loan is a lot of work anyways so I’ll just withdraw your application”. The other lender I was shopping is doing the same loan for $770 in costs. Do yourself a favor and shop around, this place will take your hard earned money and line their pockets with it.
