The girls at Muskogee's Regional Finance took great care of me.. They made the process painless. And they were so patient and friendly answering all my questions. I highly recommend them!

The lady that helped me was so very very nice. And the other ladies in the office were friendly as well 😊 Very pleased and will recommend to my friends 😊

I rarely do this but I witnessed something today that was disturbing. They were doing their normal are you coming by to make you payment calls and she was on speaker. Then it went to voicemail blasting the poor clients number for everyone to hear and I really started to listen. It got even better when then they went on to very publically among themselves but verbally blast a cliant saying she always says she is going to come in. I am sure there might be some history but I found this very offensive. I understand some clients can be difficult, but what about privacy laws? I really think they need to rethink their policies. I see a link for a privacy policy but it doesn't work... interesting. If you are going to have someone calling at least do it with respect, tact, and understanding.... and off speaker phone. At least invest in headsets. They are not so expensive even cordless.
