Worked with this company (specifically Joe Harris) on a recent home purchase and could not have had a better experience! Despite the fact that I was not able to be in town for the process, Joe facilitated everything and made it from start to finish so easy. He even provided some wonderful referrals for other people needed in the community and they were equally a delight to work with. Excellent experience!

I cannot recommend McGowin-King enough. My husband and I were clueless on where to begin in regards to our new build. Andrea, Joe, and Mr. McGowin were a breath of fresh air. They treated us like family. Literally! Mr. McGowin gave us advice as if we were his niece and nephew and that was very much appreciated. Drew was referred to me by one of his satisfied clients. He is incredibly responsive via email and phone and always available to answer questions. He was with me every step of the way through the challenging process that self-employed folks go through to get a loan.

I would NEVER send ANYONE to work with McGowin-King. They sold my family a product that ended up costing us tens of THOUSANDS of dollars. They used unrealistic illustrations to make it look like this was a good solution for them. It obviously was not, BUT it was for McGowin-King. They earned a HUGE commission off of the deal. They were mischievous, deceptive and greedy. I cannot overstate this enough, DO NOT USE THEM. If 0 stars was an option I would have chosen that one.

My experience with this company was exceptional. John was always expeditious with paperwork and responses to my many asked questions. As far as financial transactions go, this by far, was an uncomplicated process. Beginning to end, communication was superb, all pertinent information conveyed, making what I expected to be a stressful and vexatious process quite simple. I most certainly would use this company again and and even more so, recommend the use of their services to others.
