I have mixed feelings. I had no issues with Jeanie she was nice but I only spoke with her on the phone twice. My biggest concern is that I asked for home insurance to be quoted with a local company more than once and was never provided that quote. Its a company that my brother told me to check with because they are great when it comes to claims. Anyway, it wasnt Jeanie but one of her assistants. I was kinda pushed to go with an insurance company that they suggested and I'm still regretting it since they required me to do my own "inspection" of the property and wouldn't accept the official inspection I paid to have done. It must just be certain locations because Guild in Utah was always wonderful to work with.

It has been my pleasure to work with Guild Mortgage Along with their enthusiasm, positive energy and attentiveness, They brought a special hands on, personal approach that brought to light each person's genuinely caring for me on a personal level with a tenacity for customer satisfaction. They made me feel as if I was their only person on their agenda. They always answered questions and replied to my texts or emails as soon as I sent them. And many were were outside of typical work hours. (They also had to teach me how to use DocuSign.) They took care of me with style, grace, professionalism and tenacity. It was comforting that they were on top of their game in a team effort. I will miss working with them. Highest Regards John

As a realtor, I love working with Guild—Justin Holloway especially. He doesn’t mind communicating with my clients, and really getting to know their situation to help them obtain the best mortgage possible. He’s amazing at what he does and I refer all of my clients to him!!

Generally unhappy about this experience. Dave constantly seemed like he was in a hurry to get me off the phone and was hard to reach. They let you text them, but I was never responded to at some point - he calls me back and says “for the future, you should probably just call because I don’t always check or see these messages”. Okay, so what’s the point of having the phone? It was also said it a manner that didn’t seem appropriate. Maybe he and I just didn’t mesh well, but I didn’t like this process. I’ve found a new lender that actually wanted to run numbers before she had me apply for anything and was willing to speak to me for almost an hour each time we were on the phone. I wanted this to be a positive experience, but it wasn’t for us.

Guild Mortgage, and Casey Parsons, we’re great to work with. Very friendly, helpful, and professional. I would definitely recommend to anyone!

Absolutely terrible. I felt like I was working with the stereotypical sleazy used car salesman when talking with Adam. I asked direct, specific questions regarding term, rate and payment in an email. He already had credit, income, purchase price and all info needed to respond. He refused to answer my questions (shorter term more money down) and repeatedly tried to convince me to go longer with less down (presumably so he could make more $$, nothing to do with what’s best for the customer or what they are askkkng for). After I ended the call he texted me, still failing to provide requested info. Do not recommend trusting this business with financial transactions.

Casey Parsons was, and I am sure still is, absolutely amazing. She kept us updated throughout the whole, long, drawn out process that we had to deal with when we purchased our home. She was so sweet and made everything super easy. I feel like I constantly blew up her phone, but she never acted like I was. She was always so happy to talk through things with me. When people ask about our experience, I always have to mention her and our realtor, because both went above and beyond for our little family.

Everything went so smoothly-great experience with Guild Mortgage. Casie Parsons has always been so helpful! You can tell she genuinely wants to help her clients.

Excellent, informative company! They took care of our refinance quickly and answered all of our questions, even during the pandemic. They came to our house to close and made everything very easy for us!! Have already recommended Chase and his team to everyone I know.

Poor customer service. Talked to a mortgage officer and then she completely ghosted us out of no where. No response after multiple emails and voice mail messages. Very dissatisfied with this company.,
