Communication was stellar! Both Rutherford and Alex remained available and were always on top of the many roadblocks that occurred throughout this transaction. I also really appreciated the email updates about where my client was in the loan process. And to top it off, Rutherford attended the closing to ensure things were smooth to the very end which was not expected but completely aligned with the high quality service received throughout the loan process. Our loan officer PJ is incredible! He is such a friendly, patient person, and I really appreciated how he would take the time to explain things to me and answer all of my (many) questions. Buying a house for the first time is such a daunting experience, but he and his assistant Alex made it a breeze!
