MBS Income Tax Pa and Latino FM1314, Porter

I have been going to Ms Martha of MBS income tax to get my taxes done for about 4 years now. She is incredibly knowledgeable and extremely friendly and courteous as well. As we talked about my business expenses and with the tax laws continually changing, the questions that she asked me will help me to better prepare myself for next years filing along with helping to not forget any of my expenses for this year. She has helped me to save thousands of dollars over the years and offers others services like notary for businesses as well. I won’t go anywhere else to do my taxes. I will go back next year to MBS income tax to do my taxes again.

I been going to do my taxes for 3 or 4 years now , and miss Martha has always been nice to me , has also helped my out with one of mi kids ITIN number so as well as mine , always showing kindness and knowledge, I appreciate a lot her work and what she has done for me , has never seen her been rude with no customers whatsoever, I don’t know what are those reviews about but what I have seen and experience has always been positive, very recommended this place ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I went with my mom to MBS to do my taxes. Right away she was very friendly and understanding. We talked about our taxes and situations and she was very professional. She is very knowledgable and is around all-year long, not only during tax season. She helped me and my mom get all of our stimulus checks, even the ones we hadn't gotten. She even helped make a correction in my mom's taxes which another tax preparer had made them wrong. Will definitely go back to do my taxes next year. Not only that, she also helped register my dad's business for a fee. You will not regret coming to Ms. Martha.

I found this place today and happy I did. I live in Atascocita and made the travel here and so happy about how Ms Martha helped me get all my tax forms from 2019 and 2020 all sorted and done. I highly recommend this place cause she cares about people and it shows. I hired her to do a translation of a will for a probate case, it was supposed to be translated from Spanish to English. I was told she would do it during the week. Two weeks passed by and I did not hear anything from her so I decided to call, turns out she had completely forgotten about it . She stated she didn’t know if she was going to be able to do the translation because she has been very busy and when she would start on it clients would arrive. She was going to give me a call back letting me know if she was going to be able to finish the job. 5 minutes later she called and said she needed more information in order to do the translation and without the additional information she would not be able to do the translation. 1. I am paying to do get a job done. I do not see what other people walking into your office have to do with the services you are providing to me. If you know it’s Tax Season and you are busy, why would you accept the work? 2. When you do a translation you translate exactly what is on the document, you don’t add any additional information that is not already on there.

Im Martha Barrón and i just have one thing to say about the negative reviews; I Thank God I’m not perfect nor pretend to be perfect, and there is always two sides to a story and whoever has a problem with my practice you know where my office is at to address the issue and come to a reasonable solution instead of using the internet to ruin peoples reputation out of anger or whatever issues you are having in your life. I’m always available when one of my client needs me, I guarantee my work and I’m open all year long. With that said I send blessings to all. I will be ashamed if I was asked to leave from a public place, just think to ask a customer out of my office their behavior had to be aggressive and uncontrollable!!!! Thank God for my surveillance cameras!!!!!

VERY BAD SERVICE COMPLETELY SCREWED ME OVER . FRIST OF ALL SHE FINSHED IN 10mins TOPS SMH . ON TOP OF THAT SHE MESSED UP ON MULTIPLE DOCUMENTS. I DIDNT EVEN RECEIVE THE CORRECT AMOUNT OF MONEY BACK . . . VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. DONT RECOMMEND HER !!!!

Hands down the best accountant I have ever met she is very detailed on the process of the paperwork and her knowledge a plus.. Highly recommend her will keep going with her
