I chose this company due to the good reviews and they did not disappoint. I went into their Mesa office to be greeted by an adorable dog his name is super max. The people there were so friendly, office clean and people know what they’re talking about. Family owned and I like that too. I have used other title lenders and none like this company. Worked with decision makers to get the loan I needed for my business.

The entire experience here was great. Lindsay's customer service and friendliness made everything run smooth. She explained all of the details clearly and concisely. I felt really grateful to have this loan made available to me when I needed it. If you need an Auto Loan put your trust in this company, they will take excellent care for you from start to finish.

April went above and beyond to help us with our loan. We have been customers for over a year. She not only helped us get more money on our loan but helped get our Apr% reduced. She was very kid friendly, a loan is a lengthy process, but she was awesome. She helped us change our due date to make our payments later in the month. April was just very helpful. She knew what she was doing and could articulate well. We are very greatful for this last chance option. Title loans can be sticky! But she made it okay. 😁

I recently took out a title loan with Maximum title loans. WOW what a great experience! the staff was very friendly and helpful. they were able to help me refinance a loan I had with a competitor at a better interest rate which resulted in much lower payments. I would gladly refer them to my family and friends. THANK YOU MAXIMUM TITLE LOANS!

Although my experience with staff was easy and pleasant, I have to give a two star rating. I have used Maximum Title Loans twice, and have overpaid both balances to avoid any missed fees or charges. I have made efforts to receive my refunds, over the phone and in person, to no conclusion. Although I've received no tangible response from anyone, nor a refund, I have received plenty of solicitations and calls since then, asking me to come back as a customer. No thanks.

Maximum Title Loans was there for me when I had an unexpected emergency. I used my motorcycle for a title loan which was great, since no other title loan companies would accept my collateral. The customer service was top notch and very friendly, I would definitely come back when I need extra cash. I recommend this place if anyone is in a pinch and need money fast!

Megan was very helpful and organized. She deserves 5 stars. The rating is 4 stars because the offices were short-staffed that day and the waiting period was longer than it should have been. Many thanks to Megan for her assistance.

No matter how informed you keep the staff of when you are making a payment they hound you and treat you like a criminal until you call in to report a payment and mind you this is on the due date - you aren't even late yet. Also they want to keep getting your 100% plus interest rate so they arent in the business to provide a timely payoff quote and avoid you until you have to go to extremes to get their attention. I asked for payoff quotes a few different occasions where you have to leave a message. They state the will return your call within 2 hours. I had to email a corporate email to get a reply after speaking with someone 2 times that same day on my most recent and last attempt of paying them off.. Even the corporate people were confrontational in their email asking the dates and times I requested the other payoffs. At that point I dont have that info handy so just run your business professionally, and that wont be an issue you have to defend against, Maximum. The entire 4 month experience was the worst decision I ever made, and it didnt help that it started with the rep at the Mesa branch who was condescending and entirely transparently friendly who treated me like I was stupid and didn't understand interest. She repeatedly kept asking me if I understood, and it was so condescending she left me with such a bad taste for the reputation of this company right off the bat. She asked if I would take a survey as I was leaving and she would email me - lucky for her she forgot to email. Over the course of the next 4 months she took joy in sending harassing texts days before and on the due date until you made the payment. Many times I had to tell her to back off I am at work and plan to do this on a break. God forbid hard times ever come around again; I would never return to maximum title. And in all fairness I can acknowledge positive qualities as well. They had 2 redeeming qualities, they had a friendly and knowledgeable gentleman working on the payments line who seemed totally capable of providing payoff info when others would not return a call. Also when I went back to the Mesa branch to make the payoff, the gal helping me was friendly, professional, and relayed all info about how they release the title and when to expect it back. She was fast and courteous and is a good balance to the nightmare gal that originally helped me. You will be better off making other arrangements than resorting to this service so I wish anyone the best that feels they have to do this, and if it is the route you intend to go then do your research before choosing Maximum.

I had a great experience with Maximum Title Loans. I got my first title loan with them and I had a very positive experience. They always reminded me when my payments were coming up to help avoid being late. The employees in the Mesa office were upbeat, helpful and made me feel like a welcomed customer. Should I ever need a loan, I'll certainly go back there and I highly recommend others to as well.

A title loan sounds scary all the way up until you come see me Leanna in our Mesa office. I am a loan specialist who will give you the best experience as well as taking away your stress. I will stand by your side and get you the money you need to. Life is too short to be worried about money but most importantly life is too short to be doing business with companies that do not care for you.

They started out great. However, this first issue is my primary issue which ended with a very unsatisfying result causing me to go from a titleloan agency that i’d recommend into one that i’d suggest against. My experience with this company was twice, as a recurring customer. I have just cleared out my second and final loan with them. Before doing so, i gave Megan a call to inform her that my last payment is coming up and that I would like to adjust my autopay to cover the remaining amount rather than the usual full amount To ensure I dont get overcharged. ( i dont owe the full amount as It’s my last payment ) she told me not to worry as the autopay will only deduct the remaining amount required for my loan. Feeling reassured, I waited until the payment came through, and guess what? It took the full amount regardless. After constant calls with Kyle and Megan, they both told me they’re working on the refund and will call me back with results (she never apologized for not fixing this mess before it happened) eitherway, they both never got back to me and I waited 5 business days until I called again asking where the money they took went, only to be told to wait 14 business days to get my money back. Frustrating as that is, considering that its their mistake. Nobody cared. Saying theres nothing they can do and I should wait. While refusing to let me speak to the owner.. Thats only one scenario of my experience with them.. here are a few other minor things that might play a smaller role. Firstly, if they say the process will take 5-10 min to start up or add to your loan, it wont. Don’t be fooled. I was, around 5 times. Bringing in ready documents and waiting over 1 hour everytime. Even when i email them all my paperwork and documents in advance to hasten the process. Second, when I took the addition to my loan, I wasn’t given the same rate the loan originally had, only finding that out at the end of signing paperwork with the lady saying she wasn’t able to get me the same rate. (It’s alright, I just wish I knew before waiting an hour + at the office) Third, Megan sounded great years ago, she was nice. Lately, hearing her on calls. She sounds unhappy, unwilling to cooperate and depressing to speak with. Which is such a shame and unbecoming for someone of her position. I’d like to think otherwise but, perhaps she was only nice for processing a loan rather than helping close it. Fourth, their payoff department is ridiculous. You’re supposed to leave a voicemail with the information about you and they get back to u in 2 hours or the next day. Out of the 10+ times I asked for my payoff over the years, I never got a call back except once. It was soooo frustrating, I had to call the office and basically beg them to contact pay off themselves in addition to me making a voice mail and still, I had to call back myself, the next day, to get the payoff amount. If you want a loan, its a great place if you like whatever rate you’re given, but keep in mind of my experience and how it might affect you in a personal level.

I have been dealing with Maximum Title Loan since 08/14/2017. Never missed a payment. Tried 2 different times to increase my amount - to no avail. I have asked several times what my payoff amount is and no one wants to give that to me. Sitting here today in there Mesa Office for payoff? Wow.....finally got a payoff amount of course nothing to the principal in 2 years. The owner B never returns messages when his website says usually in an hour. When he does answer he should teally use his words wisely because he could be facing a lawsuit All around bad company. It's time to call the BBB and file a complaint. Go to Presto, Speedy anyone but this company.

I had an unexpected expense and needed some short term financial help - I have never considered doing a title loan and have always heard horror stories about them, but my options were limited and so I decided that before I proceeded, that i needed to educate myself about the various title loan companies, look up reviews (BBB, Google, Yelp) and then take the time to read the state laws that govern these types of loans here in AZ. After all my research and reviewing online the many options available, I decided to take a chance and head to Maximum Title in Gilbert. I chose them for a few reasons: 1) Family Owned and Operated business in Arizona, so I knew that my experience would more than likely not be the typical franchise, scripted talk track experience where I amounted to nothing more than just a number next to a dollar sign in a ledger. 2) They had an A+ rating on the Better Business Bureau site and any customers that expressed a negative experience, Maximum took the time to address and attempt resolve - which shows they care about their customers experience and know how negative experiences can hurt business 3) They offered payment online - which may not seem like a huge deal to some people, but I work in tech and it is 2016 - so ease of making payments through my preferred channel was a huge plus! (and yes, some of the other title loan companies I was considering, not only didn't offer online payments, but would require me to go out and obtain a money order or use a check...yes, an actual check...then drive over to hand it to them in person - I'm sorry, but no thank you) 4) Last - they offered competitive rates, had a few specials on 1st month's payment and had the confidence to challenge Presto's rates with their own **Note: Before heading to Maximum or any title loan company, make sure you check their site to make sure you bring with you everything you will need - if you have questions about what to bring, call - they will totally help So when I arrived to the Maximum Title office in Gilbert (just north of the 60 fwy) - I was greeted right away by Shawna (even as she was helping another customer) and waited all of 2 min before Corina came out to greet me and immediately put me at ease - as the loan discussion began, i expressed my reservations and she completely understood and made sure i knew that Maximum is there to help and to respect my desire for discretion. (and in case you were curious - Jay Jones is not my actual name, but while i would like to keep my identity private, I felt my experience warranted writing my first ever online review) Having brought with me, all of the items the Maximum site said would be needed, the process began and it was honestly, no more than 45 min (mostly because i was talking Corina's ear off with all my questions - but she answered each and every question thoroughly, no matter how simple or complex), but what impressed me the most, was when she was finalizing the loan with her boss over the phone, she stopped and suddenly handed me the phone - I was quite confused, when i asked who it was and what it was about - she told me that it was her boss, Brandon - oh, he is also the owner of Maximum, apparently he likes to speak with every customer. Ok. That REALLY impressed me...I mean when was the last time Tim Cook called you when you bought an iPhone? Brandon was very nice and just wanted to say "hello", thank me for my business, ask me how i chose Maximum and most importantly - wanted to make sure that before i signed anything that i was clear on how my title loan would work and wanted to make sure any questions i had were answered. After we hung up, Corina walked me through the contract, what the payments were and how/when to make them. I reviewed, I signed and I got my check. As i mentioned, this is my first online review - but i was so impressed and had such a great experience with doing something that I was incredible petrified of doing - so I can't thank Brandon, Corina and Shawna enough! I would certainly recommend Maximum if you are needing a short term loan!

Employees are nice BUT read the fine print before u sign your contract because if u are 1 day late they will start to repo your car. My pay date changed and they wanted to take my car. After almost 10yrs with speedy cash they would never do something like this so becareful.

Due to unfortunate circumstances, my husband and I had to get a title loan. When we went into this location we were warmly greeted by April. The process was longer than we expected but we were happy with the outcome. We found April to be, not only pleasant but, very knowledgeable, informative and efficient.

Talk about amazing service! I went in, incredibly nervous, and incredibly doubtful that I would get the title loan. Leanna, was amazing. I needed cash fast, to pay funerary fees, and hospital fees, and they got me the cash fast. Absolutely would recommend to anyone.
