Iāve been stopping in at this location for years and have generally speaking been very pleased with my experience and the selection they have of tools which is generally what Iām in the market for. Liz, is one of the employees at this particular location, ( manager perhaps?? ) and she has been particularly helpful and kind as has the staff working along side her when Iāve been in the store. Itās not uncommon in the pawn shop world to feel like youāre burdening the staff with questions or when needing assistance to see something thatās locked in a show case and Liz was always eager to help me, extremely positive and very friendly. Thanks so much again for the very positive experience!!

Talked to a man about a xbox x and he told me 900 when I called soothe location an BFF they told me 400 the guy at the stp told me man u can charge what I want I don't care what you think bro if you funny like it o well I told him I worked in retail for years and that's bad business bro that's what happens when you get grime ppl working at a pawn store I would never go there ever

Not only are there phones always busy I need help so I decided to pawn my mountain bike and after I got it all the way there , they asked me are you trying to pawn this I said yes, he said nope we are not doing bikes we stopped a month ago, so I said I need help to pay a bill, you wont pawn it for a few weeks, they said no!! Well for a pawn shop being in that business ,I feel I shouldn't have been turned down I've pawned multiple things here and always come back and pay and get them back! So my review. Is they aren't in business to help prior only to make money why can't they help be out???

They had me in line for over 45 minutes to an hour wasted our time with an insulting offer. The women keep running around going to other people before even finishing with me. I'd never recommend this location. Acted like they did it to help me when I just got ripped off. The women just seemed racist towards white people kept being rude we had 1 item and we came in first yet shed run to amyone that came in the store.

I go in everytime I need a few extra bucks to last me till payday. Felicia helped me today and she was the sweetiest lady ever. I needed a little more then they had gave me last time I pawned something and she made sure I got the money I needed and made me feel welcome and appreciated as a customer.
