We've banked with Max for over 25 years. This location is good if you walk in, but honestly, they need to put more than one person on the drive thru. Ever time I go through here they only have one poor soul trying to handle the lanes (the majority of which are always closed).

I sat in the car in the drive through for 1 hour. I was trapped in otherwise I would have left. When I finally made it to the window the clerk was very rude and didn't even attempt to apologize for the wait. It was so bad that the security cop got out of his patrol car and questioned what was going on. Wait time at this max has ALWAYS sucked but today it was insane.

Good bank nice employees I wish they had a branch in Tuscaloosa.

It's not bad, sometimes the drive through is slow but I think it has more to do with the volume of people. They have always been quick and helpful with my transactions.
