I have had nothing but great experiences with the loan representatives. Most recently, Ms. Steele who offered exceptional customer service in the process of our RV loan and helped us work through some things that we needed help with and did so in the most relatable way. She was so kind and so helpful. Thank you to Ms. Steele and ASE for making the loan process as stress-free as possible. This is why we keep banking with ASE!

I've always had good experiences with this credit union. I don't keep a checking account here, just savings. At one time I had a credit card, and whenever I'm looking for a car loan they have been available with good rates. This branch isn't as busy as the one Downtown and has more parking. They also have safe deposit box so and theirs was the best rate around. Service here has always been pleasant.

A Great Place to do business. Great Rates on loans. Very Professional Staff. Ms. Gerald Steele @ The Perry Hill Rd Location is Highly Recommended. She really cares about her customers and has their best interest at heart. A pleasure to do business with. I am looking forward to the next opportunity to work with Ms. Steele again.

Gerald was so sweet and took care of my husband & I on our vehicle financing. She was able to get us a great deal, explain the process, as well as make it a smooth experience since we both work full time to work within our schedule. What more could you want? Thankful for her!

I want to commend all of the staff at ASECU, because I have yet to have a bad experience, but I want to specifically praise Ms. Gerald Steele. She has helped me a few times now with loan applications and she has consistently been friendly, knowledgeable, and makes the process so simple and quick. ASE is a great CU to bank with. I love their friendly staff and great customer service. My other CU closed their Montgomery location and I was so glad we were already members at ASE.
