MAX Credit Union Eastdale Cir, Montgomery

I miss the days when Max Credit Union was Max Federal Credit Union. Back then you couldn't get an account unless you were military or related to someone with an account. Then they became a community credit union where anyone who lived in the tri-county could join. I guess that was good for expanding the business but they are a lot more crowded now. We've been customers for almost 30 years. They still offer very good services. Their accounts are still very reasonable and they are the first placed I'd go for a car loan.

I love Max. They always take care of my financial needs. They have the best rates I can find anywhere. They gave me loans both of my cars and soon will have my house. I cannot complain one bit. Service is always great and new business needs are always handled quickly and efficiently. I just set auto withdraw and never have to worry about late payments, which also gave me a lower rate.

It was a time when you walk to door of Max at closing time that they would let you in. I saw them closing the door and a customer was at the door right at 4:00 and they turn them away. Max was once like a small town bank friendly, now they act just like the big banks. Got to find me a new bank. Navy federal here I come. The bank at 3401 Malcolm Drive. One of the slowest banks in town.

Visited here to do a small loan and ended up doing full auto financing here. Mrs M Crenshaw is absolutely the most helpful, sincere, organized, professional and courteous person ever. she was super patient and made sure I understood everything. The service she delivered played a vital role in me doing business with Max Credit union. The rates were good and I highly recommend this credit union.

I have been a member of MAX for over 40 years. A lot has changed in banking but MAX remains focused on the customer. They are local, focused on community and customer and provide me with financial services that meet my needs. #lovemyMAX41

MAX has been my financial institute of choice since I arrived at Gunter Air Force Station in 1974. I have financed two homes and numerous cars with MAX and the service has been truly outstanding over the past 47 years. Thank you MAX!!!

Just opened an account yesterday and so far the level of customer service has been A++++. Employees at the Taylor Road location have been super nice, especially Britney who helped me open my account. I love that they can print a debit card on site. Thanks Max!

I'd just like to update my review, Mike Crew has phenomenal customer service! People like him are the reason why I bank with Max and no one else! Also, I know it's silly but it feels awesome being called a member. Keep up the great work Max! Great customer service! Convenient drive thrus.

The extended hours at the teller drive thru proved to be very convenient to me. I usually go to the ATM. My needs were such that I needed the drive thru lanes and was grateful it was still open yesterday when I passed by on my way home.

Worst credit union EVER! So unhelpful and rude. If I had the option to finance my car with someone else at the time of purchase I definitely would have.
