MAX Credit Union Malcolm Dr, Montgomery

I was greeted when I first came through the door and immediately was directed to help. Ashley was phenomenal!!!!!! She was so friendly and seemed interested in helping me with whatever I needed. Glad I decided to bank here.

I cannot tell y how much I wish I had never heard of this place. The consistently and consistently worry the ever living hell out of me. They should just be glad they are in Alabama and not Mississippi else I would vent my frustrations at their piss poor branch(s). If you don’t have an account or loan with then DO NOT GET ONE. This place will hound the hell out of you even when your current and call all of your reference. I have the proof as well.

I visited MAX today and we worked with Maria. Maria did an excellent job helping us set up our accounts and answered all of our questions. She was very knowledgeable and she was also very nice, we enjoyed our visit!

Drive thru moved quickly. Teller was very professional and courteous!

Max is the best bank in the river region.

This bank is a great one to have when you live in Montgomery, AL. They are a credit union which means you get all the benefits of being a smaller home town bank. When you go there in person, which is rare because they have such a robust app, they always greet you with a smile and allow you to grab a fresh coffee or water if you have to wait. They offer great rates on auto and home loans. Check them out if you live in the Gump.

Their staff is pretty cool and their customer service skills are ok. Their facility is nice, clean,spacious,fresh air and very well lit. But what i dont like about this facility is the fact that their is barely enough parking space For one. The lines are super long in the drive thru as well as the inside mostly on fridays and the first of the month. Personally what i dont like is the fact that i had been with this bank for 9 years and neither once did they offer any type of credit opportunity to me as their customer. No flyers in the mail offering a type of credit card wether its secured or unsecured, no teller offering no nothing. I attempted to apply for a loan with them at the time that i was a customer not once but twice and both times got rejection letters in the mail. AND THIS IS SUPPOSE TO BE A CREDIT UNION! I was displeased at the fact that i had been there for 9 years and all they actually gave me was a bank account. In which i could get a plain bank account anywhere. I was under the impression that the word CREDIT UNION stood for a purpose thats why i opened an account there and stayed there so long. Not there anynore though

There was short wait for the drive thru service .There were four lanes open, but only two cashier s working those lanes, thus it caused it bit of a back up.

Talked to a guy and he was very rude wouldn't listen and kept talking over me! Very dis respectful! DO NOT USE
