[He often explained things in more detail than my agent or lawyer did, and helped me prepare the right follow up questions to ask]. He was also very persistent in following up and not being daunted by my schedule - always finding time to check in and calling me often to make sure the process moves along. Overall, Mauro's response time was very fast and he was super patient in communicating with the various family members, coop entities, lawyers, agents, etc along the way.
