I was recently on the market for a new car. I knew what I wanted so it was really a matter of finding it. I was contacted by several dealers but Elvia at World Hyundai stood out and was absolutely awesome. She was very patient and had great communication with me even on her days off. I could say that I was a pain and not once did she lose her cool with me. Buying a new car in the COVID age is not at all easy but she sure did make it as smooth as possible. Elvia is the best and will definitely be referring everyone to her.

Management is working to make the situation right. Appointment scheduled for 3-21-22. Will update afterwards. The mechanical issue was fixed. Nothing that was promised was actually done. Car was more dirty on the inside when returned because the promised mini spa was not done. I wasted multiple hours driving to and from the dealer because they "lost" my appointment, twice. I missed work to bring it in because I was dropping it off and picking up a loaner (third trip), but for some reason it took almost 3 hours. Ive been asked by the staff to give a better review because "they're trying to work with us". Every time being there takes hours. It took an hour for someone to bring my car over from the Mitsubishi lot. Seriously, I would have walked to get it myself but that wasn't an option. Like Will James told me when he scheduled the second "lost" appointment "you can take your car to another Hyundai dealer". You're right Will, and that's what I'll do. Even the idea of driving out there again because of promises they made to make the experience right; I don't think they have enough to offer to make the experience of dealing with their staff worth the drive or any more of my time.

Can't seem to fix our car , brought it in for engine replacement due to recall , got it back and steering was messed up. We have had it back four times still not right. Now they say it is the tie rods that are bad . Before engine replacement steering was fine . So you tell me who's fault this is

Never Shopping At Hyundai EVER AGAIN. I called them and they told me a was approved and could drive away with a car. I sat for 6 hours and told them the state of the car they wanted me to trade in and 24 hours later it seemed as if everyone had forgotten about the day before. I sign and was approved for a car but left with something that wasn’t promised. Spent over $2000 and i am UNSATISFIED. NEVER DOING IT AGAIN !!
