I was looking for a more affordable insurance company as USAA was getting out of hand. I had seen many posts from Matt on our neighborhood Facebook, so decided to inquire, not expecting much. Matt was awesome! He not only beat my current and all quoted rates by a mile, but also increased coverage and helped me add an umbrella policy…all for WAY less! He is always super responsive and willing to explain or research answers to any questions I may have. Now, the true test of insurance is when you actually need to use them; but, to this point, I have nothing but good things to say and highly recommend Matt and State Farm.

Matt is a great guy to work with. I had first visited him 6 months to get a quote and he was very thorough in explaining the details and suggested me great options. Even though I didn’t end up getting insurance the first time, I didn’t feel pressured or unwelcome. State Farm is huge and they play the numbers game as do all big business. However if you truly want someone on your side, Matt is your guy. He will treat you as though you are part of the family and watch out for your best interest. There are tons of insurance companies to chose from, but it's the agent that will be there to fight for you and listen. Highly recommend Matt and his crew.

A very stressful morning turned into a really warming experience while I was trying to renew my tags. I had to get my insurance renewed in Colorado so I went to the Matt Fitzpatrick office and was helped by Nadia. She was extremely friendly and professional, explaining any questions I had and offering her advice in response. She informed me of all the discounts I could apply for and told me how to combine them for the best benefits. I had been with the same auto insurance company since I began driving over 10 years ago (nationwide) and finally decided it was time to look for better rates when I moved to CO. I was confused and unsure where to start. Matt was an absolute breathe of fresh air and a pleasure to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable, was willing to answer all of my questions, and worked with me to get the best coverage, for the lowest price, for my personal needs. After working with Matt via email I convinced my partner to switch from Progressive to State Farm as well and now we are both extremely satisfied with our coverage and coverage rates. (As a side-note- I also got a quote from Progressive that was more than TWICE what I’m paying now with State Farm).

Hugh from Matt's office reached out to offer quotes on my auto & home policies. I've been with Costco's preferred partner for years and when I've shopped around several times previously I've never found anyone to beat the rates. I thought it was a waste of his time but because it's State Farm I gave him the opportunity to try and I'm so glad that I did! On the initial quotes it was a decent enough savings that I decided to switch over and upon finalizing the paperwork they did a consumer review on me and my policy went down even more! I'm shockingly pleased to say I'm saving over $400 every six months on my auto for matching coverage. My home went up a bit but coverage is better, probably unnecessary but I might feel differently if something were to happen. Overall combined I'm still saving over $300! On a business level Hugh & Matt were responsive and helpful. I'm reviewing other insurance options with them as well. I'll add this office to my vendor list that I provide clients for services.
