Incredible service and follow up! I am so pleased with the service I received while purchasing my new home. Marylee, Ryan and Erin were very responsive and always provided answers when I had questions. I am so thankful for they way they explained the process in a way that was easy to understand. They provided me copies of everything and kept me up to date right up to close. We closed on time which was super important as we drove many miles on our move date with three dogs, two cats, two kids and my MIL the day we closed! Thank you again!!

We loved working with Marylee and her ENTIRE team of processors, underwriters, etc. They work SEAMLESSLY together, and I had wondered if we'd get much interaction with Marylee, and I absolutely did! Bless her heart, she was still on the phone with me the morning of signing our closing documents renegotiating a lower interest rate with investors because rates dropped!! VERY personable, very friendly, very patient. I shopped around like crazy for best rates, and Marylee had the best rates all along.
