This was my first time purchasing a home and I couldn't have asked for a better team to have in my corner. They walked me through every step of the process and answered every question I had (there were a lot of questions). They helped me realize that I could purchase a home, which is something I didn't think would be possible. If I ever decide to buy a home again I'll definitely be reaching out to Blake and his team!

Easiest Refinance Ever!! The Blake Reese team at CrossCountry Mortgage are fantastic. I set the rules. I wanted a lower payment, no mortgage insurance and cash out to eliminate some debts. I was able to submit all the necessary documentation online from the comfort of my home. They, in turn, were able to waive several of the usual fees. A few weeks later we met to sign the documents and we were done.

We had a very complicated refinance given my self employment income circumstances, and we were rushing to lock in lower rates in the face of inflation. The Blake Reese team understood our urgency, worked with our idiosyncrasies, and delivered a loan solution that far exceeded our expectations. Blake and his team are the best. Clear communication throughout the purchase of my home and also refinancing.
