Maryann was so helpful with a clients needs. I work in the Insurance Industry and we were needing a payment to go out and could not get anyone to speak too. So I remember when this client closed on their home Ms. Maryann was a contact and even though this was not her department she went OVER AND BEYOND with the small time frame we had to help get this clients insurance paid and I do not know what I would have done without her help. Maryann Howard is the absolute BEST mortgage broker in Dallas. She moves mountains and performs what other brokers will tell you is impossible. She has been my broker on two separate home purchases. And in both cases, others told me no way would I get financing. With the first one, we discovered someone had filed fraudulent tax returns under my husband's name on the eve before closing. Not only did we still close on the house, Maryann came to the hospital and personally delivered documents for me to sign right after I delivered my daughter. I am a lawyer with K-1 income, a divorce, and unusual tax returns, and she made it happen. If you want to buy a house, and have been discouraged by other mortgage companies, call Maryann at GW!
