We had previous bad experience with local lender in Midland TX, then terrible experience with Bank of America (we got hacked by leaked information presented only to a bank of america lender) until we found John Tatum of SWBC, finally we were able to feel confident and he was very professional and answered all our questions. Fees from SWBC may not be competitive with Bank of America, but at least our accounts didnt got hacked we could've lost much much more. You will not go wrong with John, look at his stars!
