I guess you have to look the part to be treated like family, live in the neighborhood or be another nationality for customer service, the manager, linquisha, or something like that, looks, acts and speaks unprofessional. Nothing pleasant from the teller or older security guard. Never again.

It's fine it's a local bank. Only ding against them is the drive up window. They tend to take you last or forgot you are waiting. It's faster to park walk in and do you transaction rather than wait for them to service the window.
