PNC Bank S State St, Chicago

Just came in to see if I could take out my first personal loan. Very horrible first experience. The teller a gentlemen with red hair told me that todays not a good day to do personal loans because the lady who does personal loans isn’t there and he doesn’t have enough knowledge to do so . Fair. He then asked me if I had a job and what’s my off days to better accommodate their schedule not mine. He then told me I was better off applying for a credit card then to get a loan at PNC . Said the words so you get the loan and then what. I am new to credit and just wanted to start building it with a personal loan from my own bank because I have trust issues. To him that wasn’t good enough. Gave me a card for a lady who wasn’t there and said to come back tomorrow. Don’t use this location it’s full of a bunch of mouthy kids as staff.

Ashley Banks is a sorry pick for Management. She's rude, unapologetic, unknowledgeable, and dishonest. With leadership at this branch like this, I wouldn't trust them with a piggy bank. She does banking at her own discretion and life exposure.

Having this PNC Bank here is great because it heads straight Downtown.... I can get off then right back going among with greatest service so kind in and out... Then theirs a Starbucks right next to it how great is that when you can take the time out of your day to enjoy the Coffee and what your Money can Buy👍😎☕

Honestly this is the worst branch. I've never walked out of here with a smile or at the very least my problem solved. This place has the worst customer service. 0/10 would not come here again

Been a PNC customer for over 15 years, used many branches across the country and this is by far the best branch I’ve ever been to.

Beatrice Mkoma is so friendly and helpful! She has had to help me with multiple transactions and each time she has been so kind and professional!

Best branch I’ve ever walked into everyone seems willing to help and very knowledgeable the teller behind the glass was exceptional and very kind and courteous even though there was a long line.Only negative thing I do have to say are the people who come into the branch complaining and already angry taking their frustrations out on people that’s just trying to do the best job they can. Patience and understanding, Loving kindness is all we really need.

It's a bank: they offer checking, savings, and loans. If you're not on foot then you'll have to pay for street parking to use this branch; meter patrols are frequent and tickets are >$50.

Best bank ever .opened my account in libertyville and have done exclusive business in waukegan . now that ive moved to Arizona i hope i have no issues with my accounts .

I didn’t know that If you wanna open account you have to make appointment and it got to be not in the morning . They were doin nothing the location was empty but they didn’t feel like it
