Mark was great, he finished a refinance on a loan we had worked been working on with Bank of America for months that they could not get done even though we had worked on it for 4 months. Mark made it easy, worked with us on the issues we had which included a property owner who lived outside the USA, got us a better rate and got it done. It was such a great experience that we have now completed our second property refinance and are now working on our third property refinance.
