I have done many real estate transactions in my career so far and I have worked with many lenders. Juliana has been one of the best. She was always easy to get a hold of when questions came up and the communication was always transparent. I trusted her with my personal home purchase and her service was impeccable. Never in our previous home buying experiences have we been met with such attentiveness and genuine care for our best. The current market with a VA loan is a nightmare and we made many offers that often had to be very quickly approached, our loan team was exceptional and on top of our needs on nights, weekends, and early mornings-available as quick as a text. We were highly impressed with Kim and Rocky Horton and would greatly recommend them if you are looking for a mortgage lender.

I couldn't have picked a better loan company. The whole Empire team worked extremely to make this home purchase happen under a very short time line. My stress level was very high, but not due to their process, it was because of my employer not cooperating. I don't know how Carol my loan branch manager and her team did it, but I was able to close on the house as soon as my employer released the verification required. Dustin is the consummate professional. He is intelligent, proactive, diligent and constantly on top of matters. He not only was tireless searching out the best refinance package for me, but he was patient, dealing with a tricky personal situation. Dustin made this process as easy as possible and came up with a solution that made everyone happy. That I wasted two months with other pathetic excuses for lenders that didn't do nearly the work or exhibit nearly the professionalism as Dustin irks me. Don't be me here. Save yourself the time.
