I was referred to Mark by a realtor acquaintance. From our initial meeting until the final signing and closing on my house I was confident that Mark and his team provided me with the upmost care and professionalism. He is extremely organized, very calm and straightforward. This is his business but I always felt he had my best interest at heart and did all he could to help me purchase the right home. He and his team members are very communicative and accessible. Although there are a lot of papers and forms to contend with it didn’t seem as overwhelming as it might have been elsewhere. I would recommend Mark Howard and Finance of America to my friends and family members because I am a highly satisfied customer!

Mark was amazing from start to finish! He was always easy to get a hold of to answer any questions that I had. Our loan wasn't easy but he got it done. He fought for us the entire time and got it done on time! I would recommend everyone to Mark. If I could give him 10 stars I would!!!
