iQ Credit Union Se 165th Ave, Vancouver

I've been with iQ for many years and I'm satisfied with them but there's nothing that stands out that makes me recommend them to anyone. They're very average in many categories but could improve if they wanted. I also don't have a lot to complain about them and I'm comfortable banking with them too.

Recently worked with Justin getting my truck refinanced. IQ already held the loan on my truck but was able to lower my interest rate eight points. Justin was very helpful and listened to what my financial goals were of refinancing my truck and even was able to get me extra cash in order to pay off a couple of other loans I had, eliminating the interest cost on them and lowering my total interest I was paying on my truck. He worked past closing time and I had the money in my account the same day! Coming from a nation wide bank to this credit union was the best financial decision I could’ve made! You guys rock and thanks again Justin.

I usually love IQ but lately I’ve been getting ticked off because the staff is not on the same page. Twice now I’ve called ahead to make sure I have what I need before I come in to make changes to my account and both times I’ve waited in line only to walk right back out the door because when apparently I needed something else. Total waste of my time and so frustrating.

Banking online with IQ has been a horrible experience so far. I got my auto loan through them and live on the other side of the state. I do most of my banking online and have never had as many issues trying to make a loan payment. Never have I made a late payment on anything till I started dealing with this bank, and every time I call a repp to resolve the problem I get the same run arround saying that I have to change my phone view into computor view or my password is not correct. Working the hours that I work i cannot call durring the hours they are open. So frustrated!

I would like to thank Sopfiy at the front member services for always being very helpful and always helping when I come in! She is very great and has a lot of patience with me every time I come in. I’m new at the bank and she has been great with helping me create a bank account and helping me with how it works. I have limited English and it’s harder for me but she is always very great and patient with me. Thanks! -Nick

Best bank I have ever used. If you don’t bank with them, what are you really doing with your life. Probably over drafting, because that’s what someone who doesn’t make smart decisions dose.

If you care about convenience or ease of use, iq is not for you. Customer service in branches great but I'm constantly being locked out of their ancient online banking. its a huge pain when you rely on it to see what has cleared and what hasn't. I call or email everytime I have issues and they have never provided a fix or even an apology. If it wasn't for my auto loan, I would not still be doing business with IQ

I was given insanely amazing customer service by Amy and Taylor two days ago. I only needed 50 dollars withdrawn and tried to use the atm and was forced to withdrawal 60. When I went inside to get a bill changed, Amy and Taylor were fast and efficient to assist me and help me get what I came in to do. Customer service cannot be replaced by computers and they were amazing. Thank you.

Small enough to feel valued as a customer, larger enough to get great value for my money.

Every month or so they put a block on my card- leaving me stranded- for fear of possible fraud! I’ve been on the phone with them countless times resolving these issues. They’ve forced me to get new cards multiple times in my few years with them- again- trying to prevent fraud! They are a huge hassle. Too many false alarms- cry wolf too much and cause me unnecessary headaches. I’m moving my business and personal accounts elsewhere.
