The process of getting approved was very easy. The two young ladies that I spoke to could not have been nicer.

I had a vehicle loan that I paid off. They reported that I made two late payments in error and refused to fix them. I had to call multiple times to get a lien release and then because they purchased the loan and yet never correctly did the paperwork with the MVA I had to go back to the original place of the loan to get another lien release. Even with these issues I returned to them for another vehicle loan. They approved it but in addition to the lien on the vehicle I wanted to purchase they also required that I place a lien on the vehicle I just paid off and they told me that I was approved for the lowest interest rate they offer at 24% APR. I went to Bay Country Financial and was immediately approved at 15% APR.

Mariner Finance has helped me when I truly needed them the most for having to move into a house when I needed 3 month security deposit to paying off credit card debt! They at least give you a chance to prove your ability to make payments on something and build your credit back! Working with Dawn as always was great, very polite and informative of your type of loan.

Dawn was very nice and very helpful. She addressed my concerns and answered all of my questions and got all my paperwork done very quickly. Everyone was very nice and professional. Excellent service.
