Peninsula Pawn Sussex Hwy, Seaford

Salesman called owner and gave me a counter to my offer yesterday. Manager denied it today. Apparently he thinks I'm a liar or his right doesn't know what the left is doing. I bought dozens of instruments for our business off of their old staff, now they don't care. I was ready to accept their offer and i also wanted a new gun and about $1000 in silver. If they can't do right and honor their own offers on one piece, there's no need for any more conversations. Customer loyalty doesn't matter to this place. I'm done trying. I also had a student just come in with a guitar they got there. It was virtually unplayable. Luckily I knew how to fix it. Total waste of time trying to deal here. No more.

My husband and I were in the shop earlier today and purchased some equipment for the home. A very nice man named Tyler was very helpful and polite. He also was very knowledgeable and experienced. This wasn’t our first time at this establishment, and every time we went we were treated kindly by the staff. I would recommend this place to anyone.!

Waiting in line now. Waited to be seen at the gun counter, waited to check out. Ammo prices are insane ( even for todays prices) trying to sell rusty used mags for 30.00 each. Still waiting. Its a shame because this used to be a nice shop. Now customer service is always lacking and prices are always garbage. Go somewhere else, i will.

Peninsula pawn is a great place. When I walked into the shop I was greeted by a nice young man named Tony. He was very sweet to answer my questions and help me find what I was looking for. Tony was very professional with his job and always lets me know when they get something in that I might be interested in.

I really love this pawn shop. They have great people that work there, awesome prices if you're looking for something and if you need a short term loan they will definitely help you out. I've been a loyal customer here for at least seven years. The owner and her son who's the manager are very nice, kind people who would try to help you anyway possible. I love the people here!

Staff is always very friendly and fair. I’ve been helped multiple times by Antonio Bernardo, who is very friendly and has been very informative about products I’ve been interested in and has always given me a fair price for things I wish to sell/buy. Definitely recommend asking for him next time you go to the pawn shop!

We went in shopping today !Had a salesperson Christine. Gave me excellent customer service and helped me make well informed decision on my purchase. She was very knowledgeable and made the effort to reach out to other stores to find what I was looking for. She really went the extra mile. Thanks for your friendly service Christine!🙂

Total rip off . Offers less than half of spot for silver eagles . Wants $20 over for ones that look like they have been in a fire . Lol place is a joke

I always love coming here. The staff is always knowledge whether it's Antonio with guns, Christine with jewelry or Jason with tools. They can always help you find what you need. Stephanie and Iyesha always have a smile on their face and greet you at the door. Highly recommend

I have been shopping and using this store since they opened. The owners are awesome. The employees are always courteous and fair. Jason is very knowledgeable with all aspects of the operation. I will continue to shop here. The deals are amazing.

I've dealt with this company for many years. The reason I'm a return customer is because of the friendly staff and excellent customer service. They care about their customers. It's not often I deal with a company so much that I learn the names of the employees: Tony, Jason, Fay and of course Scott always greet me by name and with a smile. Thanks guys.

I went there they other day hoping to find some video game stuff and when I found there selection had changed and expanded since I last check a week before that I was pretty excited but one of the things I wanted was just a bit out of my range due to Bills and whatnot a friendly employee (I think the name was Juan pretty sure last name Sia) (Sorry if I messed the name up) told me about their layaway program where you o ly have to put down 10% a month till its laid off and once its laid off you get to take it home and now I am about halfway to getting a new switch game!!!!

Always spent a good amount of money here on guns and just random stuff after finding out Arron the district manager is a poor excuse for a manager after ripping me off 400 dollars on their mistake refused to return my money sorry to say that you lost my business and will be telling everybody to stay way unless ya wanna get ripped off.

Tony was excellent helping me purchase a 9 mm glock. Transaction was effortless and smooth all the workers were very friendly. Also want to thank Jason for his help with ammo. Tony was extremely informative and knowledgeable in the firearms department. Excellent store for anything you might need!

Absolutely love this place!!! Staff is always friendly! I came in to take a look and was looking to buy a handbag Tony is the staff member that had helped me. I went here to browse and they've got a great selection of stuff to check out. One employee Tony is a natural salesman, he showed me some really good stuff and I picked up some good games for really cheap. Definitely gonna keep going back to browse around
