Spent the night here with a young men's group in the middle of January. The little cabin was great for a handful of boys to sleep in. They brought sleeping pads and sleeping bags and they all slept comfortably, there is a wood burning stove inside that keeps it warm once the fire has been burning for a while. It was 15 Degrees Fahrenheit outside and they were good all night until they let the fire burn out. For entertainment there were plenty of hills to go sledding down and they had fun running around on the frozen reservoir, be sure to check the thickness of the ice before venturing out. We tried ice fishing for just a little while, but it didn't hold the boys' attention well when we didn't catch anything for about an hour and they all went back to sledding. Toilets were good for a camping area. Great place for a fun snowy visit.

This looked promising based on my upcoming family trip however after reading the reviews. Yikes! It appears this marina consistently offers horrible service to its clients and falsely advertises products and services based on the many reviews i read. Reviews matter. Advise to the owners, improve your service and the reviews will improve. Advise to potential new clients... Common sense but do your research prior to booking business. And I’m not just referring to the barrage of recent posts from friends of this Wagner guy. Check out all the prior reviews. It will tell you all you need to know.

This was our second time renting cabins at Rockport. We will not be renting their again. We stayed in the Aspen cabin. With a $15 pet deposit is cost us $150 for one night with taxes and fees. It was definitely not worth the price. Online the pictures look great. The cabin itself is nice looking. The area around the cabin looked like a dirty trailer park. There was leftover construction materials all around. They said everything would be “sanitized” upon arrival. The dining tables outside were filthy. The floor in the cabin was filthy. The couch in the cabin was filthy and full of dust. There were no tables in the cabin to set things down, which made you stuck putting your stuff on the dirty floor. The beds did appear clean with new bedding. The description of the cabin says there is a wood burning stove for heat. That has not been installed. We nearly froze at night, even with extra blankets. The description also describes a sunset view. We could see the sunset but the view of the lake is blocked by the trees. There is no easy lake access. This cabin is more private so that was nice in the evening. We didn’t have to worry about the noise level quite as much. Overall though, this was not a great stay and definitely not worth the money paid.
It's unfortunate you felt that way. We would sh you had made contact with us with any case bcerns so we could have tried to remedy anything for you. In the future if you experience something that is not to your satisfaction communication will usually resolve most problems. We look forward to your next visit and an opportunity to exceed your expectations.

Our family rented the dock and trampoline for the day and two jet skis for 3 hours. The day was intended to be a relaxing family get together. Unfortunately, it wasn't. We were told the grills would be ready with propane..they weren't. The pictures show a lot of shde to cover the dock seating, but it was one small umbrella on one of the benches. The jet ski process is cumbersome, management is rude and when one of the jet skis stopped working an hour in to our rental, the manager blamed it on our family and pulled out a "mysterious rock". The dock is way too close to the beach when pulling jet skis in and out. I watched another couple tip a jet ski completely over and much of this is due to the way the dock is setup so close to the beach. After blaming our family for their own jet ski issues, they quickly threatened to charge a family members credit card $1,500. That family member was simply going to them to ask for a solution to the jet ski problem. We were all treated poorly, not given any sort of refund and so, we all picked up and left. The day was ruined, they were even rude as we left yelling things like "keep walking" and "go home". I mean, completely unprofessional. If I could 0 star them I would. After now seeing other reviews, I wish we had done our homework more and just enjoyed the beach and lake without the marina headache. I'm sure they'll come back with a combative response here. At the end if the day, don't waste your money on the marina, rentals or anything at the dock.
Sadly you damaged our wave runner which impacted your rental. The "mysterious rock" you mention came out of the machine when we removed the damaged wear ring. Water does not blow holes through wear rings but the rocks that come from shallow water do. You complained about a "12 year old boy" being "mean" to you, and I am sorry for that but we do not employ any children so it wasn't our staff and we do not have control over the visitors of the park. Yes the propane tank on the grill ran out, it would be wonderful if we could find one that never did but since we haven't we simple replaced it with a full one. When you returned to the docks you began using extremely foul language with my dock staff and members of your party became very agressive with my staff. We simply do not understand this kind of behavior around so many children. I understand you were no happy having to pay for a wear ring and seal but it was very clear when the rock was located in the jet pump what had happened to the machine. On our docks where you operate the waverunners when you depart and return the water as between 10 and 11 feet deep. We thought of that when we designed them. Apparently other park guests overheard you as well. We did save the damages parts in case we needed to revisit the issue later.

The Marina at Rockport is off the main road in Rockport State Park, nestled between the different campgrounds. There is a store just above the boat ramp. After an unsuccessful trip to Park City, we went to the Marina as a last resort. We needed some fishing gear and swim floaties but did not have much hope because everyone in town seemed to be completely sold out. We were greeted very warmly and the sales associate was very helpful. The had a few different fishing rods at reasonable prices. They also had a small assortment of fishing lures, fishing line and other fishing essentials. They had sold out of most of their swim floaties but I was able to find a blow up frog with attached lily pad shade for my 2 year old daughter for $10. I also noticed that they had a lounging hammock style floatie, which was a pool noodle with an attached mesh seat, on display on the wall. As I had been out of luck in town, this was the last adult size floatie I had seen anywhere. I asked the saleswoman if she would be able to sell me the display model and she happily said "I don't see why not". She took down the display and I only paid about $4 for it. We also bought some lures and a fishing rod for $25. The saleswoman was courteous and very helpful and before we left she informed us that they had free and open wifi in the parking lot of the Marina. This was a huge relief because the park does not offer any wifi in the campgrounds. We were very happy with our experience and we were able to find everything we needed. I would definitely recommend checking out the Marina at Rockport before wasting your time and gas going into town.

We try to keep our prices consistent with regular gas stations in salt lake rather than some of the inflated prices we see at other marinas. First and foremost, I am not one to leave negative reviews on anything, I let go of a lot of bad service/products. I wish I read the reviews because, this place is straight garbage. They put my 5mo pregnant girlfriend and I in barely a building. The door wouldn’t close completely, the windows wouldn’t close completely. The roof leaked on a rainy night and the door kept slamming due to the wind, we had to put a chair next to the door to keep it quiet. The 4 walls are covered in windows with no curtains, so anybody can see in. The propane from the heater was leaking and ran out the first night. We asked for another one and they charged us $40 for another propane tank, so we decided to just stay in the cabin my girlfriend’s parents rented. They still wanted to charge us for the propane we DIDN’T use. They wouldn’t refund anything. And, when brought to the main owner’s attention, he was a complete jerk. I even came and helped clean up and do some work a month ago, in the hope that we can be friends with the staff since we live so close and would of loved to come back. That will not be happening. I would leave a no star review if I could.
Sadly you didn't enjoy your visit, but there is far more to your story. We work hard to ensure the best experience possible for each and every one of our guests. Unfortunately when people engage in certain behaviors it makes in nearly impossible to accomplish that. In your particular case we went to extraordinary efforts but it was sadly one of those few situations where nothing we did could satisfy your party

I would like to caution any person out there who is thinking about renting from this marina and specifically the owner Cody. I advise you very strongly to go online and read all of the bad reviews and then I want you to BELIEVE them. We rented several items from this marina over the weekend and none of them are what they claim they are online. The floating docks were supposed to be covered and shaded and when we got there it was one tiny red umbrella over a table. The other floating dock had zero shade. They were also supposed to have full propane tanks but again not the case. When we went and complained his response back was so sorry that we don’t have propane tanks that never run out and we immediately got you another one. This is simply not true we did not get another one for over four hours. When the young male brought it to us he said sorry ma’am somebody had to go to Park city to get another one. And are you seriously telling me they had no extra propane tanks on site!? Their equipment such as Jet skis, boats were all extremely rundown and nothing like they say they are online. One hour was all we were able to use one of the jet skis and it was only driven two times. Both times it was by moms that each one had a little kid with them. One of the children is only three so I’m pretty sure they weren’t out there doing anything dangerous on the jet skis. On the third ride attempt my son-in-law took it out didn’t even make it past the dock when it ran out of gas even though of course we were supposed to have full gas tanks and had to come back in and wait for 15 to 20 minutes for them to put gas back in it. Ironically he makes it back out he’s out in the lake for not even seven minutes and it breaks down again he has to limp it back to the dock at 6 mph. Then of course just like all of the other reviews he is saying that it’s our fault that we got too close to the beach and sucked in a rock. We have pictures of how you bring their jet skis back into the ramp and there is absolutely no way we could’ve even gotten close to that beach because there was anywhere between 5 to 15 kids swimming at any given time. If we would’ve got close enough to suck in a rock we would’ve hit a child. If his docks not deep enough and there are rocks where he wants us to Dock that’s his problem not ours. But of course when my daughter tried to go talk to the manager Cody he attacked her and told her that he was going to charge her credit card for all of the damage. She tried to explain to him that she tried to talk to the people who were on the dock and some kid who was around 14 years old kept saying they don’t give refunds. Cody’s only reply back to her over and over was we do not hire 14-year-olds. He had the nerve to say that we were disturbing his other guests on the dock. The people who were on the Dock sat where the lifejackets are the whole time so they are either friends, employees or family but trust me they were not other guests. So when my daughter came back to the floating dock and was crying her eyes out saying they were going to charge her I told her to go take pictures of the two Jet skis and the Dock and all of the kids that were in the water so we would have a proof to contest down the road. A gentleman in an orange shirt that I believe had the marina name on it ran to her and asked her what she was doing and she said she was taking pictures and he told her that she didn’t have the right to take pictures. And yes it this point my daughter was extremely frustrated and upset and told him that she would take pictures of whatever she f&$@ing wanted to. I want to point out something here because Cody loves to bring it up in his replies. He told her how vulgar she was being because she swore one time. But right at check in he made it A-OK in his book that it was OK to swear. My daughter was trying to tell him how impressed she was with the lady who I believe is his mother was when she made the reservations. He relied yes she is nice all of the bad google reviews are because I’m an a$$hole. So I guess it’s OK for him to swear.
It is unfortunate that your review is not based on firsthand knowledge but rather related information that is highly inaccurate. I am sorry that your parts caused damage to a waverunner. We must collect for customer caused damages. We chose not to charge what could have been charged for thos damages. The most unfortunate thing is that you party chose the become agressive and threatening to our staff of the dock to a point where they were actually in fear for their safety. In any case we already responded to your daughters review. We hope you have a great remainder of your summer.

In July we reserved Bayliner Capri boat in Rockport Marina. The boat we received did not match description given over the phone or the pictures on Marina’s website. Boat was very old and in very poor technical condition. The engine was backfiring and had no canopy. Boat was filthy, not disinfected which was very disturbing during COVID-19 pandemic. We found used face masks. When we called the owner (Cody Cross), he didn’t return our phone calls. Once we we able to reach him, he was very rude and hostile and promised to reimburse us for rental. Month later - we are still waiting for reimbursement.
Unfortunately what you are claiming in your review does not match the conversation that was had with who we presume was your husband. What we did express to your husband was that if there was a mechanical problem with the brand new motor in that boat that you should have let us know right away rather than using the boat for hours and then only stating something weeks later. The boats and life jackets are all sanitized between rentals. We have gotten very efficient at it so you may not have seen it done because we have to get it done in a way that it doesn't delay your rental so you do not leave a poor review because of that. In the future when renting from anywhere if you are not satisfied with the equipment at the start we suggest saying something immediately. We want all of our customers to be happy and would have looked at upgrading you had you done so. But when nothing is said for weeks it becomes highly suspect. We hope your summer was a great one though

I've been 2 years in a row to the Yurt's and now were returning this year to a cabin, excited for this adventure. I love this area, it allows me to feel stress/worry free. We've stayed Winter and Summer and both times were a blast. Kids enjoyed the Hideaway and we enjoyed the retreat when we went without the kids.
We have put much effort into improvements since we took over three short years ago. It is wonderful to get such amazing feed back.

Super disappointed with our pontoon boat rental from the marina. The boat was not running properly and had to be jumped several times. We rented it for 3 hours but ended up only using it for less than an hour before we decided to return the boat. They made us pay for the hour, all fees, and offered nothing to help make it right. I hoped they would let us take some paddle boards, but they wanted more money after we paid $300 for a boat that was not running right. Very disappointing experience. I would not rent from them again.
We are sorry you had a less than amazing experience but would like to help ensure your review is accurate. We did infact have to use a jump pack at the beginning of your rental. But the machine started right up first try. We did send the jump pack with you as a precaution. At the time of your check out this didn't seem to be a concern to your party. I think a significant part of your disappointment was the fact that we would not allow you to overload the vessel and exceed it's legal capacity. One of your party even tried to debate the issue because a number of your party were children. After you returned the boat we sent it out with another guest who had no problems. We offered you another pontoon which was available but you declined because it would not fit your entire party. We adjusted your reservation to the time period you actually had the boat and issued a refund for the difference. You asked about WaveRunners and we offered you two wave runners for two hours at a 35% discount. After applying what you had coming in refund and a substantial discount you would have had a balance due of $80. I'm sorry none of those things were capable of satisfying your group. We do not have the authority to disregard federal law and will not risk your safety out of convenience. Maybe another opportunity will present itself for us to meet your expectations.

Went ice fishing for the tournament today (1-15-22). Didn't catch anything (which was pretty common for the majority of the other fishers) bit had fun. Also saw a small prop plane land on the ice

For a marina they have nearly everything you need. Water wasn't too cold, just right with the hot day.

It was the 4th of July-- I expected a marina and lake to be on their "A-game" for holiday business. NOPE! Do not believe the website details about the yurts or the glamping yurts. They are in terrible shape. The regular yurts are dirty and in disrepair, full of huge *ss spiders. There was no fan, no garbage can, no chairs. If you have booked the yurts at Dead Horse-- these are NOT those yurts! I peeked into the glamping yurt as no one was staying, and they looked just as bad. Unfinished and nothing fancy. One was full of garbage all over the floor. The trash cans for the yurts by the honey bucket port-a- potty were over flowing and looked to not have been emptied for days. The paddle board rental was a total joke. We waited for 45 minutes for the guy to show up and "help" us. And I still had to carry my stuff to the water as he was too busy with other customers who were also mad. The gal working in the store/check-in was neither helpful nor nice. She seemed like she also disliked the place and her job as she was annoyed by everything as well.
Unfortunately the years were not in amazing condition when we purchase them from the previous concessionaire but we have been working on them diligently to improve the quality. Sadly spiders in the outdoors or something that should be expected.

Second time renting a cabin. First time was a little over a year ago. There was so much trash in the fire pit that we had to clean it out in order to have a fire. Lots of trash in general laying around outside. Cabin was pretty much what we needed. Woodstove made it plenty warm inside. This past weekend we stayed in another cabin while on an ice fishing trip. Get to our cabin after the sun went down. Go to flip a light switch, no lights. Don't think the other cabins had lights either. But don't think they were inside much being they were outside with a large group partying with very loud music until 3:30 am. Would have been nice to get an email from the marina letting us know to bring a lantern along. Had a couple of flashlights, so had some light, but still would have been nice getting a heads up. Lots of trash still around. It's obvious they do not care much about their property. Behind the cabin there was so much used toilet paper I would have thought that was the bathroom. Along with a pair of underwear, beer cans, soda can, water bottles. Nothing like being out in "nature" and seeing so much trash. It just amazes me they put the work into building these cabins right on the water and then don't take the time to clean up after the slobs that rent them. Inside the cabin was fairly clean. I'm sure the sheet on the bed hasn't been changed in months. So "linens" yes, but I wouldn't sleep on top of them. Same with the pillows. They ask you to clean up before you lease, but a broom would been nice to have to sweep out the dirt tracked in. So if you want a nice get away and don't care about there being so much junk and trash littering the area, this is your place. Probably won't be back.
It's unfortunate that you make so many assumptions, also that you didn't bother to reach out to us with so many apparant problems. We can seem to figure nd a reservation in your first name. Please reach out to us so we can determined be which unit you were in. We are glad to hear the unit was clean. The sheets are changed between every rental. Providing linens was something we had to do for your safety due to Covid and as a result that is a contract service. Looking forward to your next stay!

Upon arriving to the yurt we rented out, there was wood mulch already om the yurt floor and the provided bedding was dirty and smelled bad. Power was not working in over half the yurt. We called and were basically told that they unfortunately couldn't really do anything about it at the moment. We unfortunately trusted that the woodburning stove would function correctly. Having grown up with one, the basics are clear and evident on how to balance oxygen flow and fuel in the woodburning stove, unfortunately we had to clean out the stove, which had very large pieces of charcoal from previous burns. We later found that this was likely due to the same issue we had. The chimney/stove pipe vertical had smoke consistentently leaking out the joints on the inside as well as the outside of the yurt, even with an even draw of air through the flue, the yurt would fill with smoke even though there was a clear path for the smoke, a roaring fire, and ample oxygen. I took videos of the issues we had as they were not just unprofessional but clearly safety hazards. Especially since my two young sons and I have asthma. We attempted to use just the space heater, but with outside temperatures of 28°F the small electric heater unit did nothing. The next morning we called and nobody answered the line dedicated to reservations and questions, so we called again to the emergency line and the guy we talked to said we, "will have to take that up with reservations to see if the other units are available" they didn't open till 9am so we stayed in the car to keep warm and called at 9am....then a few more times between 9:10am and finally once at 9:30am, all went to voice-mail. We left two voice-mail messages, one from my wife's phone and another from mine, as I said around 9-930am. It is now 7pm and we have arrived at home, we had one more night reserved but could not stand those poor conditions. It will be interesting to see if the owners answer to this review as they seem to be screening our calls. We DID take videos of the problems we had and hope we can resolve this soon with them, instead of taking actions legally. The trip was meant to be a celebration of my Wife and I's 5th wedding anniversary, its a shame that due to poor customer service and safety hazards we were unable to enjoy it, one would hope that things could be resolved swiftly, as problems are expected to occur, resolutions should be number one priority afterwards.
It's unfortunate you had a poor experience. Because our calls come through a routing system we do not have the ability to screen calls, sorry you felt as if some how we did. You are correct you were advised that at 7:00 am the after hours representative could not advise you if other units would be available to move into and to call back during normal hours. We have limited staff in the off season and so yes it is possible your were routed to voice mail if when calling the agent was on the other line. We did attempt to return you calls but recieves no answer. The issues you experienced with the wood burning stove were directly due to insufficient draft. The stove was checked today and there were no obstructions in the flue which indicates to us it was caused by a variable outside of our control. You did call stating that there wasn't power to every outlet the night before and you also stated you were an electrician and so it wasn't of major concern and you just wanted to know if you could plug the mini fridge into a different outlet. None of your other concerns were mentioned on any of your calls so we were unaware of them and surely couldn't be expected to resolve something you did not communicate. Rest assured we have seen your review as evident by our response. We care that all of our guest have a positive experience, although we put extraordinary efforts to make sure that happens there are instances where things just do go as planned. As is our policy we will be issuing you a gift certificate for a future rental of equal value of the one you executed. It is our hope you will take advantage of that and come back and have the great experience we hope all of our guests have.

My ex-wife and I took our 3 kids and my elderly parents out on the 4th of July and we rented a boat for a couple hours. It could not have gone better. Great memories were made for all of us. The value/cost was great. They don't "nickle and dime" you for everything and are very upfront about the costs and explained everything very well. Customer service was top notch throughout the experience - from the store/rental, to the dock and return of the boat.

I am not one to leave reviews at all but my experience with this place is absolutely awful. First the owner is extremely rude and hostile towards my group. Second none of what was advertised was correct the pavilion we rented was not shaded and didn’t have any propane. The pavilion had one little umbrella that if it got windy and broke we would be required to pay for. Secondly when we first got the rentals we couldn’t go over 40 miles an hour then later a family member wasn’t able to leave the dock because it needed gas after they had filled the rental up they had accused us of breaking the rental. I was standing right next to the guy when he pulled the “ shattered part “ out, it had a tiny hole in it when it got pulled out and there was no rocks in it like the owner had claimed. He told us we had to pay for the rental because we had broke it when it didn’t run properly to begin with. After the last person had gotten off the rental the docking staff had become aggressive towards a family member of mine and when we went to take pictures as evidence the owner had become the same way. The owner had also claimed that there were witnesses that had seen the whole thing when really it was friends and family of the owner who didn’t work there. As we had gotten up to leave because we had gotten upset a guy in an orange shirt was harassing her and trying to get her more upset. Overall my experience with this place was not good and I wouldn’t recommend anyone going and renting from them they are bullies and like to harass people into thinking it’s their fault when it’s not. Also when they claimed their docks are 10-11 feet they aren’t you have to dodge children standing in the water. When I was in the water and was ready to get off the rentals I had to circle around for around 10 minutes because no one was there to help me off.
Sadly your account is not accurate however it also proves exactly what damage was caused to the machine by your party. You yourself stated you observed our staff remove the wear ring from the machine and it was broken. This is directly caused by entering water too shallow and sucking rocks into the machine. Rocks and debris are not always still in the machine because they are what blows holes through the wear ring. We did have to take a different posture with your party when they began threatening dock staff and using extremely unacceptable and profane language around the children in the area. We are sorry you didn't have a better experience. Maybe another location won't charge for damaging their equipment. We wish you the best and hope you had a wonderful summer!

Problems happen, it's how you deal with the problems that set you apart. For some reason, I didn't receive my check-in email. Either I deleted or it went to spam. We got to the property after hours and the store was closed. I called the owner and he promptly helped us get into the yurt. All the wood was waiting for us as promised. Once inside, the GFCI wouldn't reset which meant no power in the Yurt. This could have been a deal killer and ruined our whole trip. The owner quickly suggested we change to a cabin instead and they would repair the power in the yurt at a later time. Our family was happy to move to the cabin. We had an amazing WINTER camping trip. The cabin had a loft and plenty of bed space. The power worked and the wood stove kept us plenty warm. We didn't even use our sleeping bags most of the night. The kids (9 and 13) slept in the loft. They had a great time. They said it felt like they had their own room. We will absolutely be going back to Marina at Rockport for summer and winter camping.

the customer service was horrible. the cabin was not what it said it was, the cabin was not cleaned. the barbecue had burnt kabobs and a full beer can on it. when i called to make the reservation they said we did not need blankets or pillows that they would be provided which they were not at when we asked they brought us sheets and no pillows. the loft was not a bed it was a dog mat. we were treated way differently than the people next to us, we were getting in trouble for having a small dog off a leash as the people next to us had 4 big dogs not on leash’s and they weren’t saying anything to them. we also were told not to go on the dock when other people were on it cause that makes sense. i am disappointed in what we were promised to what we got. the costumer service were just extremely disrespectful.
We are sorry you experienced frustrations, however, you errored in making your reservations and we moved you to a different unit to allow you to stay for two days instead of the one day you reserved. There were infact full linens in the unit along with pillows, we checked after you departed. We did however provide you additional linens at your request and did not charge you for them. The reason there was not room for your part is because you indicated a party of six, and confirmed via phone call a party of six but arrived with seven. That is not something we are responsible for, we presume that you wanted additional linens for the hide-a-bed because you didn't even use the ones we dropped off. As for the docks the people you saw on the docks were staff. The docks are for watercraft rental customers. I'm sorry you were precluded from their use but for very obvious safety and liability reasons we do not allow people to freely roam our docks. There were however two other sets of docks provided by the state which are "public docks" you were free to use. As for dogs off leash, that is a State law, if you are unhappy about that you can reach out to your representative as we have no control over that. The only opportunity we had to interact with you was when you called stating there were no linens even though there were. We advised you that if you chose to leave and not stay since you were so unhappy we would provide you a full refund. We never heard back from you and you chose to stay the entire weekend. First time we went, we rented a wakeboard boat, but they didn't have a wakeboard. Second time, we rented a fishing boat... motor stopped over and over, finally had to get towed. While I was docking the boat, I shut off the motor because a young girl jumped in right next to the boat. The owner screamed at me repeatedly (because he was worried I was going to drift into a docked boat). He refused to refund me for the fishing boat, which wasn't working properly from the start. Like someone else mentioned, he threatened to take me to court if I tried to refute the charges on my credit card. He also told his son to charge me extra if the boat wasn't clean, so I spent ten minutes wiping down the seats, picking up anything I could find off the floor. Then he went to my business page and wrote a horrible review even though he’s never used my services.
Actually Ms Bowden we never even had a discussion regarding the fishing boat. You were so upset that the ranger stopped you for safety violations and then you almost rna over a swimmer and got mad at the swimmer for being in the water. The fact that your child actually apologized your behavior was very telling. You screams Ng at my dock staff because they were trying to prevent serious injury to a swimmer was not acceptable. This is specifically why we ejected you from our docks. With regard to the fishing boat as soon as your friend who had that boat called us we went and brought it back. The failure of the boat was actually cause because the fuel line was kinked by your friends (certainly accidental) but it impacted the last 30 minutes of that rental and so we actually refund you for the last hour of your rental on that boat. As for the wakeboarding boat we didn't charge you for the massive mess you left in the boat. We did however clean up all the chips, cherry seeds and stems and scrubbed the cherry juice stains our of the carpet and upholstery. Additionally we endured over four hours of harassment from you the following day via Facebook messenger. You even facilitated your minor children engaging in harassment at your direction to a point that alw enforcement had to advise you to cease your electronic harassment of there could be resulting criminal charges.

I rented a slip for the entire summer of 2018 and paid for it in "FULL" in January 2018. Then I paid for the Boat Cleaning service as well in "Full at this same time", approximately $165.00. Due to health complications with my grandson, I was unable to use the boat slip all year last year and 1 year ago this week, I spoke to Cody and he promised me I would receive a refund of my $165.00. I fully understand that I could not get any of the boat slip rental monies refunded, as the slip was mine to use, and I was told that "nobody ever used that slip" while I was in another state all summer long. Nonetheless, I agree that the slip money was lost. After not receiving the refund in September, October, & into November, I called and emailed Cody and he replied back that they didn't get a chance to get this done before letting all the office staff leave prior to getting me my refund. After several additional "Broken Promises" of the whopping refund of $165.00 in several emails, and even a phone call...... I got upset in March 2019, and said I would leave a negative review regarding the 6 months of broken promises. For some reason, I was provided a "threatening email" from Cody regarding that he would "Swiftly Rebuke" my claim, and basically was threatening me for being upset over his 6 months of telling me basically "Check is in the Mail" in both Emails & Phone Calls. As of today..... 9/4/19......... it is ONE YEAR from when Cody promised $165.00 Refund. As of today........guess what???? There is no refund. No more answering my emails, and when I called in July, I was told that his office staff was "processing my refund". I can't believe a legit business would be in financial distress for sending me $165.00 REFUND (that was promised for the last 12 months in several emails & phone calls). At this point......THIS IS A WARNING OF BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS....

Rented a pontoon here today. Just FYI: the online pics are stock photos and do not represent the actual boats you rent. $420 for 3 hours in the most beat up boat ever! Seats were falling apart, carpet torn, dirty. Was really trying to just roll with it for the kids cause they were so excited but just fair warning before you blow that much money! The fishing pontoon has no Bimini or bench seat as pictured. We had to pay more to “upgrade” to the one with a Bimini which had to be held up with tow straps. Crazy that people pay this.
It's too bad you didn't indicate any concern or disatisfaction at the time of your rental. That would have allowed us to see what we could do for you. Straps don't hold the Bimini "up" but rather the adjustable tethers hold the Bimini in a open position as all colapdable Bimini's do. Perhaps on another visit we can earn a couple extra stars.
