I closed on my new home less than 2 weeks ago after going through multiple disappointing outbidding incidences. She took some time to explain to me how the whole process works, what was expected and generally encouraged me to be patient but tenacious in my home search. She did the best she could possibly do to lock my interest rates. My realtor had recommended her, and I was provided other loan officers but after my initial conversation with Mariem, I knew she was the right individual to work with. I haven't worked with a lot of loan bankers, but I believe Mariem has got to be one of the best if not the best in the market.
