Being a first time homebuyer there is a lot of stress. Eliane Smith went over and above to take so much of that away. She handled everything professionally and with rapid speed. We had a deadline to move and she made it happen. The last week before closing my father had passed. I was a mess, but she was right there to walk me thru the final things needed to close on time.
