Marcus' office of State Farm is filled with amazing people, friendly, professional and easy to work with. The array of insurance products available will meet any coverage needs. It's not often a business will make a courtesy call to let you know of a lowered premium, but that's just the type of service this office offers. Most recently, they were quickly able to provide documentation and coverage during a home purchase. Highly recommended! I've been with State Farm for a very long time with no issues, and Marcus' office is one of the best.

I have been with this State Farm office for years and have always had wonderful service. I recently called and spoke to Rose Brown regarding zero deductible glass replacement. I am so happy I did. She explained everything I needed to know and got it all set up for me. I had been putting off this conversation as I thought it would be expensive & frustrating. Rose made it very easy.

I have been with State Farm for more than 12 years. When I was moved to town I needed to find a new State Farm agent. I was a little worried about the transfer process and my policies issuing in Idaho correctly. I talked to Mychen many times before I pulled the trigger. Not only did my policies transfer perfectly but she got it done with lower premiums and with confidence. She was very professional and Marcus was very attentive to my needs as well. Marcus is very personable and is THE agent of agents! He saved me from an exorbitant monthly premium with Allstate and is extremely knowledgeable about all types of insurance.
