Marc Purvis was very helpful in explaining the complexities of mortgages and options available to me and my fiancee as first time home buyers. He was always quick to respond when we had questions or wanted him to run the numbers on specific houses we were considering. He's very personable, friendly and easy to work with. The interest rate we received was also extremely competitive.

Marc is very responsive and he got back to me very fast. I will work with him again for sure if I have a need in future. One feedback for Guaranteed Rate is to limit number of contacts that customer should deal with. It makes it much easier for customer from communication standpoint.
