Patrick worked with me for almost a full year as I am a first time home buyer and knew nothing about the process. He not only took the time to teach and help me understand everything but my realtor stated that she has never worked with a lender who was so on top of everything. We recently purchased a new construction and worked with Annie. She was so patient throughout the 11 month process and she made our experience simply wonderful! Even when there were multiple delays from the builder Annie remained on top of everything! The entire process was awesome! My experience with Mann Mortgage has been absolutely amazing. I first dealt with Katrina in Oregon, and she was fantastic. I knew from the first time speaking to her that the people working here were different. I had already dealt with 4 companies or so before them, and Katrina made me feel that she was working for me instead of offering me false promises like the other companies had done. I was later transferred to the Texas team, and I dealt directly with Christa, who from the first conversation was on board and working with me to help me find what I was looking for. She spoke directly about what I could expect, and how much I was likely to qualify for. So many companies had danced around these things with me, so dealing with people that told it straight was a wonderful breath of fresh air. Then upon finding the deal and working through the closing, both Christa and Annie were fantastic to work with. They worked fast, and answered my emails and calls immediately. To sum my experience up, it never felt like Mann Mortgage was on my side or fighting for me. Although Ashley Crowe was relatively courteous throughout the loan process she dropped the ball far too many times for me to praise or recommend her service; Frequent miscommunications, poor explanations, a tendency to ignore my questions in her responses and a complete failure to notify us of various requirements and deadlines. Topping it all off me and my wife had to re-sign our ENTIRE loan package due to an oversight that went passed Ashley, the underwriter(s) and the rest of the team over at Mann mortgage... Just not what I would expect from any professional business.

Keith Valentine made buying our first home a breeze! We appreciate his experience and professionalism throughout the process! As well as the ease of communication, he kept us updated on the process, was available to answer questions we had, making our closing easy and fast. We cannot thank him enough!!
