This was my first choice due to all the reviews, however I stopped by two other buyers on my way. It's not an easy task feeling comfortable and trusting strangers with buying your jewelry. However, Manhattan Buyers is not any run of the mill company. I was greeted right away and brought into meet with Albert. I was definitely taken aback by his raw honesty, professionalism and authenticity. If you are familiar at all with the diamond district, the way he conducts business is a "diamond in the rough" (no pun intended;) I felt like I was talking to family instead of what could have easily been a shady buyer. It was a very pleasant and smooth transaction, with cash given to me for the ring. He ran after me to ensure I was not just holding it in my hand as he was concerned for my safety and that I should not lose the money. I highly recommend you save your time and come straight here, if you want honesty and the best price for your diamonds/jewelry/ watches. And this is coming from someone who doesn't give praises out easily and hardly writes reviews! Oh, and I thought I lost my Iphone. However, Albert went out of his way to find me to let me know they are holding it for me, so I should not worry. This is a person and company I would definitely return to whether buying or selling. Trust is everything!

My experience with Manhatten Buyers was truly exceptional.They were punctual, expedient and offered a very fair price for the watch that I wanted to sell. They responded to my online request for an appraisal appointment within 10 minutes of submitting it. An appointment was quickly set and went in and left very satisfied in regards to their offer and subsequent payment. I recommend them without hesitation.

After doing months of research, I made several appointments within the diamond district to sell my Tiffany engagement ring and wedding band. Manhattan Buyers was the second place I visited on 11/11/2021. I had such a great experience that I didn't even go to my remaining appointments. An excellent experience from start to finish! Just visited them today, Dec 3rd morning and sold my Tag Heuer to them, decided to post a review right away because I'm really pleased with my exprience. The people're all very kind and welcoming, and Albert gave my watch a reasonable price then paid me right away, there were no hassles and the entire process was seamless, we sealed the deal in like 5 to 10 minutes I think. And because this positive experience, I think I will give Albert and the Manhattan Buyers another call and visit, if I want to sell other watches or jewelries of mine in the future.

Albert was wonderful and explained everything in detail about the ring that I was selling and I think he gave me the best price I could have expected. Unfortunately there were some imperfections and it was an older diamond . Albert honored the price he quoted , even though it came up short in terms of what he thought . This was my first time selling gold. I went somewhere else to sell my gold right before I came here. I was frustrated because that place had offered less for my gold than Manhattan Buyers and also I felt threatened when they said that my estimate would not hold if I leave. In Manhattan Buyers however, my experience was more than stellar. First, the security at the lobby were very polite and welcoming. Once I came in, the receptionist was a kind lady who offered me a complementary water bottle. But more than everything else, Albert was amazing. Very well dressed and professional but still approachable and friendly. The appraisal took very little time and he was honest with me but still being sensitive to what a customer may feel about their jewelry. Best thing is that they offered more than the other place and that they said that I can leave and the price does not change. If you are looking to sell, I highly highly highly recommend coming here. Goes to show that great customer service is the best way to attract people. Will likely be the only place I come to from now on if I choose to sell.
