worst experience ever! Taken my money since 3 weeks and do not remit the beneficiary or return the money. No amount of calls, emails has helped resolve the situation. Not even worth the 1 star which I am forced to give otherwise it will not let me post the review.

I called an 866 # hoping to talk to someone in their NY office. Someone from a call center in India picked up and said Demat dept will call me back at India hours when it is night in the US. Arrrrrrrrrrrgh...Nothing has changed in India!

Not only passing Fraudulent Debits for reasons you cannot even imagine, but also suppressed the entire balances in Accounts when it went to Dormant status. They even demanded bribes when approached for Re-activation of the Account Corresponding with NRI Division for over six months, but no way the Corrupt and Fraud staff understand or comprehend. Over six months, no solution at all, but every time I get a system generated classic foolish automatic reply. Even corrupt Banking Ombudsmen are well bribed to suppress your complaints. Tried all sources of approach.

It was my first time using ICICI Money2India PowerTransfer which involves domestic wire transfer. Fortunately I got connected with Prachi Sinha by calling the NY branch number. She was very helpful from start to end and followed with me promptly to make sure the transaction goes smoothly. Also, M2I transfer rate was better than Ria, wise etc. for large amount with the promotional code.

Came in on Friday and was told apparently no one comes in??? How can a bank function if No comes in to work for a full day of the week. Very frustrating, took a day off to do this

It’s incredibly surprising how ICICI is able to sustain in this era of consumerism and digitization . I have no words to describe the incompetence I’ve experienced dealing with them- how hard can an account opening be . You guys do realize consumers have options!!! Unbelievable- keep at it and you’ll be irrelevant soon.

Horrible customer care !!!! Since 2 weeks Iam trying to contact them and they kept saying we will call back ! She is suggesting me to go with other bank !it’s really shocking ?!!!! What’s wrong with NRI service !!! Alright give me your radio frequency to contact this bank !

Hey, the customer care number provided is not working. Not sure how to raise a new service request. Tried sending multiple emails but no response. Is there any customer service mail ID. I need EVC using debit card from India. Is there an ATM in NY? My Indian Phone number is active. So, can I get EVC by swiping my card in the US? Also, please let me know if there is an ICICI ATM in New Jersey. Edit: I don't use Facebook or Twitter. I wrote multiple emails and tried calling you guys more than 10 times. I just want to speak to an agent and that seems completely impossible.

Very pleased with the customer service provided by Prachi from ICICI bank at NY city. She personally followed up for my banking issues with NRI banking based in India and got it resolved within couple of days. really appreciate her prompt help and five stars for her service. She deserves kudos and promotion as she went an extra mile to help a frustrated customer. I was really disappointed and am disappointed with the pathetic service from NRI banking. No one responded to my multiple emails. I was stuck with frozen account for more than two months and am yet to receive a call from a senior person from NRI banking with an apology for the inconvenience. Prachi is a lone star

I had a great experience with the branch over the phone when I needed to transfer some funds to my NRE Account. Prachi went above and beyond to help me, and guided me through the entire process. I would like to thank her for her diligence.

Supportive till you open an account. After that, forget customer support. I've been calling begging for help to urgently transfer some funds to India but every time I get told "the Money2india team will contact you". Absolutely garbage. I want to close my account here.
