Mainstreet Credit Union W Loula St, Olathe

I have been an account holder at the Olathe branch for over 30 years and have never had any problem with the service or people that work there. They have always been available and helpful. We have had a couple issues with dishonest folks trying to make fraudulent transactions on our account and Mainstreet is right on top of it calling us to make sure everything is on the up and up. My husband and I have personal accounts at another bank but are looking to move them to Mainstreet because the at the other bank is not nearly as good.

Very happy with the experience we have had working with Mary Baxter to get an auto loan. Smooth and easy for us to work with. Very happy and grateful for their help.

I've banked here for a few years now and have never had any issues. They are always personal and nice about everything. I'm currently getting another auto loan through them and they have been nothing but kind. It feels like working with your favorite grandma that always wants to help you succeed.

Went to the main Street Credit Union downtown Olathe. The new branch manger met me upon arrival at the door. She introduced herself to me as Stephanie and ask how they could help me? I told her I was there to make a withdrawal. She said, "step up to the window and Casey will be happy to assist you." Casey said, " How can I help you." I told her I would like to make a withdrawal from my account. She ask me for my account number and ask how much I would like to withdraw? After the transaction was make I showed my identification and signed my name. Casey ask if she could help me with anything else? I told her no, but thanks, and said to her "you were very helpful. My favorite thing to do when I go to the credit union, is to go inside, I get to know the staff and I enjoy talking with them face to face. It gives me a good feeling to know I was taken care of and with a friendly smile. My first response to my friends is, "you should be a member with this credit union. Thanks Main Street Credit union for being there for me.

I got through very quickly, she had great customer service, and took care of all my needs. I was very happy with the experience.

Mary was amazing. And I will tell everyone that I highly recommend going to her for your banking needs.

Mary Baxter was great to work with. She was always kind, hard-working, flexible, fast, and went above and beyond for our boat purchase. We are very appreciative of her efforts.

I’m always treated well at Mainstreet Credit Union Bank. Very helpful with my needs. Professional at all times. Yet very friendly which is important to me. The last bank I was at acted as if my money was theirs. They were not friendly polite or professional in any way but rude as if we, the customers were bugs.
