Love this branch. Always great customer service. Location is convenient as well.

With their new app/program it has helped me manage my finances 110% better. Find reaccuring withdrawals that were duplicates. I was able to get hundreds back after calling Amazon, & Audible thru Amazon to refund my money. All though after getting it taken care of, Amazon & Audible tried to double my fees the next month again. I called and supposedly it was an error it happened again. Third month they again tried to double my payments for Amazon Prime and Audible and it hasn't happened since. 8 years the charged me duplicates for Amazon Prime but they told me that their only allowed to refund for 5 months. So the ne system is quick and easy to catch corporation stealing money from you. Thank You MainStreet, T.W.

I love Mainstreet Credit Union. Super friendly staff and always helpful. They offer an excellent selection of services from accounts to loans.

Phone line has been saying 11 people in line for an hour...an hour! Talk about poor customer service. Oh and online pay methods? Not an option. Have to open a account with them first then transfer money to that account then make your payment. Won’t use them again after this.

They only have ONE manager for 3 branches, and a very rude/short one at that. If you have any problems you will be FORCED to deal with her given shes the only manager. This place might as well be run by dictator, and if you ever have any problems at all you can look forward to dealing with the one and only person in charge. Do yourself a favor and open account literally anywhere else.

Been a customer of this credit union for a year now. In the beginning it seemed like they offered much help with restoring your credit and just the basic things most credit unions offer. Now I feel like they're a bank going behind the credit union name. I have had quite a few obstacles with them, more than I've had with regular banks. Most things they offer you are lies. They don't follow through with. I've noticed here lately that it seems like my money disappears to transactions I don't recall making. Or the money I deposit is always being "held" for some reason or another. When I began with mainstreet I talked with them about getting a small loan to pay off the majority of things that are affecting my credit and then I could just make payments, that's a good example of how most credit unions help customers build back their credit or atleast build a plan with customers. However every time I've applied for a loan here I either get denied or never hear back from them. Anytime i call to try to sort things out; my call gets transferred to a call center in another country where I can hardly understand and NOTHING gets accomplished. Really the only thing I've been pleased with when it comes to mainstreet is the location in comparison to my house and the fact that my direct deposit hits on Thursday nights.
