MSDS are professionals and they get things done. They settled all my creditors in a years time right before Xmas. Now, all I have to do is stick to my payment plan and I’ll be debt free! I have worked with several Senior Acct Mgrs and several on the negotiations team to get this done. All very understanding, caring, respectful, and experts. Along with Consumer Assistance Center (CAC)- all my questions and needs were met. I would definitely recommend MSDS and CAC.

I called and spoke with brittany because I was a little worried about what was going on with my account. I made my first payment and my next payment is due in a week and I wanted to know what was going on. She assured me that they were in process of calling my creditors and as soon as they settle one of my accounts they will let me know. She was very understanding about everything and reassured me that it would take a little time to get results. I now feel a little better about all of this. Spoke with Brittany again on May 14 because I am worried about all the fees. She explained when they get the 53% from the creditor then they will take money out of my balance to pay the fee. So far I think I understand a little better. We will just have to wait another couple of months to see if it gets put into practice and see where I stand.

I wish I had never started the program, but that had nothing to do with the company. They did a fantastic job guiding me through the process. But it’s a tumultuous process that I would only recommend if you are really desperate. Good luck!

You know, no one likes to talk to others when they have significant debt or money issues. But Nancy was very personnel yet direct and knowledgeable. I could tell she has been doing this a while. During the course of our conversations, I became more and more comfortable in speaking a bit more frankly than is the norm for me. She did not make me feel like our debts were made by such stupid people, especially at our ages. And she is providing us with written documents to go over in black and white, so that we can review and have a copy of, in case we had any further questions. I'm happy with our decision and feel very fortunate to have Nancy as the person to help us go thru it. 😊

They have always been very helpful. They take their time in explaining. Had wonderful experience with Wendy this morning. It was worth the 45 minute wait. She took her time explaining everything to me and did not leave me in silence while working. Gave me a game plan with dates and facts. I felt she was really helping me and very interested in our transaction. She is a huge asset. I was drowning in debt, choosing to pay my bills instead of food and medicine after husband got laid off.
