Unlike some of the large commercial banks I’ve dealt with over the years, Joani really goes the extra mile to understand my banking needs and looks out for my best interest. Today I had the best service from Joannie (sp). I pulled up to the window and did not have a withdrawal slip as I needed more than the ATM would allow. She gave me a slip and said to pull around to the side and she would assist. I was very thankful.

What a great bank! I wanted to refinance with a local bank and found North Middlesex's rate lower or the same as other banks. Michelle Hills was very accessible by either phone or email, while other banks took days to call me back. All the information given me was accurate and the refi went off without a hitch. It is nice to use a local bank. The service is excellent and the location is very convenient.
