The bigger this place gets the more ignorant they become. I was having issues paying my credit card on their “new” mobile application so I sent an email asking for assistance. I didn’t hear back in couple days so I called in to make a payment (40 minute task as opposed to 20 second). The next day I received an email stating that someone who was assigned my service request noticed that I was able to make the payment so I should be all set….? Excuse me? I responded that the issue was not resolved, I got a reply a MONTH later from someone asking if I still needed help. When I asked why was I hearing back a month later I was told they were busy working on other things. Today I went into “new” advanced online baking to retrieve my CC rewards and after not being able to locate it anywhere I called in. Some guy said I need to go to dreamrewards??? I asked what changed why do I have to go to some site I don’t know and he said that he had no idea and transferred me to another department. Been on hold for another 10 minutes now with the agent trying to figure out where it is on the website. Time to change FI. This never would have happened if Jim wasn’t on his way out.

While I typically am not one to leave one star reviews over a bad experience, today's visit was a big flip flop. The bank was closed well over an hour passed when it was supposed to open. May people drove passed the drive thru and knocked on the door. Things happen, and it isn't a big deal. However, there was no one present to answer questions, no information posted about it, and I spent nearly twenty minutes trying to reach somebody on the phone until I decided it would be more practical to go to another chain. Tellers are generally helpful and friendly, but there's a chance that they might just be closed down if you go there.

I am officially done with DCU altogether however this specific one is especially difficult. You come here and want to withdraw cash-you can’t, You come here and want to deposit a check- you can’t. It is Saturday 04/03/2021. Monday morning 04/05/2021 I will be closing my account after 8 years. Thank you DCU for making life that bit more difficult during a pandemic for a single father who has been struggling working part time since being laid off due to the pandemic and can’t deposit his check to make rent.

Been/still on hold for 2+ hours!! Not feeling the love AT ALL DCU!! All I’m trying to do is update my phone number!!!!…….. John Fitch DCU claims it can’t update my phone number?! I was then transferred me to an extension that has now become my personal he!! w/ non stop elevator music. This is ridiculous! If this isn’t bad customer service… idk what is! 😞

One of the worst customer service iv ever had to deal with, i am refinancing my car with them so i had to change my last name on my bank account called everyday for a week to follow up to see if it was done(this is holding up my refinancing process) i emailed many different emails to dcu with the paperwork to have it changed everytime i called i was in hold for 20-30 mins and yet was never done . When i even had a email confirmation saying they will change it and they recieved the change app. A week later i went into dcu finally had time- and she was great took less than 5 min and she gave me a new card right there .

DCU just changed over to new platform and now quickbooks not syncing up at all. In today's day and age this should be something that's not overlooked and leaving businesses scrambling to figure out what's wrong. Also long lines everytime I go there.

The main lady of this bank protects and allows predophiles in their establishment. Horrible manager

Horrible bank. My fiancé decided to go to them to have a closer bank than his original one. I told him not to - just get TD and call it a day. Instead, he went with DCU and deposited an important check via ATM, assuming it would be the most direct place for funds to get to the bank after it closed. Guess what? It wasn’t. They made us wait another 3 days because we were “new” and it was “a larger check” (you’re a bank......). So we wait. We call again - they said it’s going to be an 11 DAY HOLD now. WHAT?! We’ll be leaving the moment our funds hit. Don’t use this bank.

Can I just say I would rather go here instead of the one that’s not even 3 miles from me? There’s an employee named Jasmine A. and she’s stellar. Extraordinary customer service, attentive, and treats you like a human being rather than a number as it goes in most banks. I will be opening another savings account here even owning my other bank account just because of how I was treated. Keep it up DCU!

I wish I could give it less then 1 star. This is the worst place to apply for a loan. I applied for a car loan from them. The application process was simple and easy. My credit score is 760 so I got approved and got good interest rate as well. However, to actually finalize that loan, you would need to speak with a loan officer. And that's where this place shows its true colors. Their department extension is 9150 and they never pick up your call. Yesterday I called the loan office to finalize my loan, I was on a hold for 55 minutes but no one picked up. Today I called again and was on a hold for over 2 hours but still no one picked up. I am sick of this stupid place where they don't pick up calls. I am never going to do business with them again. I would recommend everyone to avoid this place. This place is a joke and will drive you crazy. Very unprofessional bank
