I cant speak to other's experiences but when my stepdad died suddenly and we weren't able to keep the tractor. They picked it up for us along with all the parts, found a buyer and paid off the remaining money owed and sent us a check for the difference. How many finance companies do you know that would allow you to break contract, then have the decency to come pick up the tractor and sell it for you and give you the rest of the money. Like I said I cant speak to others but with a million awful things that have to be taken care of when someone dies suddenly, mahindra made this one part of it easy and stress free and I am really grateful to them for doing that for my grieving mom.

The tractor is great no problems at all with the tractor itself. But trying to get someone on the phone to make a payment is ridiculous I have waited 30 min to a hour. I have no clue when this place opens. I have even left messages before in the mail box. So frustrating

They want to charge $21 per payment using a debit card Or for $4.99 a month no fee Guess I'll mail a check

Hopelessly disorganized oraganazation do not finance through them ,issues making payments saying bill not due then claiming bill is late terrible dont trust.

The customer service stinks. Who's got 40+ minutes to wait on hold?

Mahindra Finance is unprofessional and does not have good customer service. I have been attempting to assist my senior citizen father in paying a bill. We cannot get it paid, we cannot get customer service online, there is no real 'contact us' information. We can't even log into an account nor can we get assistance with logging in. Is Mahindra finance making so much money off of all of us that they don't need this payment? It seems so. Mahindra finance has no phone number to contact for actual customer service. They have a recording, which does not help. To log on to the internet appears to change each time, and with no way to contact Mahindra finance you simply have to guess what to do. stay away from Mahindra finance. There are many choices for financing vehicles and equipment in our country. Please don't choose Mahindra finance.

I bought a Mahindra tractor that I like very much. It has a loader and backhoe. Recently I had a joystick handle break. Fortunately, I got it through the warranty. But here is the problem: the cost of this part is $203. That is so ridiculous I CAN NOT put in words the rip off for this part. By the way, I bought a piece of all-thread that worked as a handle temporarily and it only cost $4. What scares me is when the warranty is over, I will not be able to maintain this tractor, if I have to buy Mahindra parts.
