I’ve been a loyal customer at Magnolia Pawn for well over 8 years, the staff has always been knowledgeable and very friendly. The manager Rachel always keeps the store clean and well organized. My husband and I have purchased jewelry, guns, coins and musical instruments in the past and we’ve always been very satisfied with the amazing deals. I highly recommend Magnolia Pawn Shop!

I started dealing with Magnolia Pawn a few years ago and I wanted to let everyone know how much I have appreciated the way I was treated! The staff was courteous, friendly - ALWAYS assisting me with great customer service!!! If I ever needed assistance with anything, I loved the fact I could contact Rachel (manager), and she & her staff would help me !!! Whether it was to purchase something in the store, locate an item, or even assist me with being in a financial bind...SHE ALWAYS WORKED WITH ME by listening, caring, assisting, and giving me that “great ol’ customer service ” you hardly ever see or get anymore!! She was even able to help me get some of my pawns out of another location and put them in this store so I could deal with her!!!! (I didn’t even know they did that!!!). My husband and I have used Magnolia pawn for several years and have pawned items when in need of emergency funds and purchased a ring from there just about 6 months ago. Rachel saw all the rings I wear and pointed me to the one I purchased. The store is always clean, organized and stocked well! You also get acknowledged when you enter the store which I think is a plus in any business! I give them 5stars!!!

I recently went there to purchase a firearm and I ended up putting one on layaway. I paid almost the entire amount up front as I still had to do some convincing with my wife. On the paper attached to the receipt it states that I have 90 days to pay off in full with an extension possibility of any other 90 days. I went in well before the 90 days was up and was told that I had to have made a payment within 30 days from original purchase. So they kept my money and sent me on my way. I have already purchased a shotgun there and was planning to purchase a gun for my wife now that she is comfortab with having one in the house. Won't be stepping foot in this establishment again now!! Crooked as a dog's hind leg.

Magnolia pawn is great. Very friendly employees, Rachel always knows how to help every time I come in. She gets me in and out, sweet women! Has so much stuff to browse threw, never not one problem unlike a couple other pawn shops I been to. Definitely go back everytime. Recently bought Wii games and she gave me her input on the games. Games was like new.

This place is awesome, I am always welcomed when I walk in to the shop, I immediately get helped. Kaitlyn is very professional and very sweet and sure does know how to help with any questions when I buy my firearms there there.

You walk into this pawn shop, and come out with a smile on your face. I love this place, there is always something new in the store. Tons of items that are in great condition. I refer this store to my friends all the time. The ladies there are super sweet and fun to talk to. They always ask you about your day and see if you need help. Best costumer service Ive come across. I almost always get the loan I need and they always work with me when paying on it. I’ll never go to another pawn shop again. Also if you ever stop in, ask for Rachel she is the best.

I love this pawn shop. Rachael is always helpful . I've been shopping here for many years. Their prices are fair and you can run across bargains. I do miss Randy, but the staff is very informative and professional.
